We submitted a rental application to this group, and a week after submitting the application I hadn’t heard from them. I finally contacted them to ask whether they received the application, and they said they had but had already rented out the place we applied for. The lady we contacted wasn’t rude, but very brusque. I was a little upset we hadn’t 1) received any confirmation that they had our application and 2) notified that the place had already been rented. I would have expected that a real estate agency might also be interested in trying to help us find a different place, but I guess not this agency.
I definitely do not recommend working with this group. They seem unorganized and a little difficult to communicate with.
