People are quick to write up complaints but never bother a review when the experience is good. I want to change that and give credit to a wonderful business when it’s due. Brett is THE MAN! Despite parking all the way at the lot some lowlife still parked next to my car and gave my rear pasenger door a nice quarter sized ding. I saw the dent around 4pm, did a quick Unilocal search and saw great reviews about this place. Went to their website and sent an inquiry around 4:15pm and got a call from Brett 10 minutes later. He was able to squeeze me in for a 5pm appointment and by 5:45pm I was out the door very satisfied with the job and service. I cant reccomend this enterprise enough for all paintless dent removal needs. Thanks to Brett I dont have to see the dent everytime I walk over to my car.

I’ve been in the car business most of my life including showing, racing, appraising, sales… There are lots of people in the industry who just are in it to cash a check. And there are people who are craftsmen.
Brett of Pushing Tin is a true craftsman.
In the ongoing process of restoring my recently picked up BMW I needed to pull a significant number of dents from her before getting painted. I went to several shops, and came back to Pushing Tin. And I could not possibly be happier with that choice. I could have easily been just «satisfied» with the repairs, but was truly thrilled with how well he was able to fix even the hard creased fender we discussed up front as possibly «not entirely fixable».

Also, to a prior review, I had zero problems with appointments. He was there when he was supposed to be EVERY time (initial consult, drop off and pick up), was communicative as to the progress while he had the car, and flexible to my schedule as I had to shuffle from Northern VA.

Excellent service. I had been quoted from other shops more double the cost. Here They explained the repair type required and their philosophy. Very knowledgeable about dent repair. My car was repaired onsite and the work is exceptional!

I can’t comment on Brett’s work, but he is not reliable. I sent him an email via his website and he asked me to text a picture of the dent. He gave me a reasonable quote, so I decided to visit his shop to talk to him in person. He wasn’t there, but drove over when I called him. I made an appointment for the following week to fix the dent.
He never showed up for the appointment. He didn’t return my calls or reply to my texts. He didn’t even respond when I asked if he wanted to reschedule.
He may be very good at what he does, but he doesn’t show up for appointments.

I finally found a guy (Brett) who is in the business of automotive dent repair who is all you can ask for. Great results at a very reasonable rate! (Prices on website seem to stand true) I recently got a huge (12″) dent on my brand new Honda Accord and at first went to another dent professional (whom got really good ratings, but will remain un-​named) and got quoted 3X the price for what I paid. I decided to give Pushing Tin a call cause I just could not stand looking at the dent anymore, gave him a call, told me to come by, and in and out in under two hours. I will be taking all my cars to this guy from now on, it’s too bad I’m only the second person to review him. More people need to give him a chance! You won’t be sorry.

Bret is a great guy… It’s hard to find honest and friendly work in this area. He is thorough and explained the process in detail to me. I was quoted at over ($ 150.00) for a small quarter size dent on my driver side door from other dent repair companies within the area. He gave me an estimate of ($ 50.00) and stuck to it. I am pleased with the results and «HIGHLY» recommend him to anyone needing a reasonable dent repair specialist.

Excellent. Took me on no notice, quick work, extremely reasonable rates. My go-​to ding repairer from now on.
