Overpriced as hell: 4-​pack of American beer at $ 15 – 17 (Wrecking Ball, Allagash Black, etc.)
They do not accept American Express, and there is $ 10 minimum for VISA and MC.

Great neighborhood liquor store, fantastic selection of domestic and international wines at reasonable prices.

This little place has a really great selection of craft beer. They keep up with hard to get items and seasonal beers as well. A few examples… Victory Golden Monkey, Abita Purple Haze, DogfishHead Punkin Ale, Allagash Tripel, etc… the list goes on. You will not find a better craft beer selection unless you travel to Gilly’s in Rockville.
They also carry regular beer, wine, boxed wine, ice (for tailgates), cigarettes, lottery tickets and swisher sweets (can’t forget about those).
If I had to guess, the staff actually owns the place and are generally friendly.
A random note, I believe they only take Visa and MasterCard. I tried paying with an AMEX and they looked at it like it was kryptonite. Not a big deal, just an added reminder.

This place has a great selection of Craft Beer at reasonable prices. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me, and the owner will order special beer as long as he can get it from MOCO. I have also been happy with wine recommendations when getting bottles for friends.

This place is a nightmare from hell. Terrible customer service. I had a defective product (a box of wine that leaked all over my refrigerator), and the cashier not only refused to take it back (saying «why should we lose money?») but he was extremely rude about it. I explained that the manufacturer would take it back, but the guy was totally ignorant. I’ll be contacting the owner and manufacturer. With another beer/​wine/​liquor store on the same plaza, you would think they’d want to keep my business. Sorry, you lost it.

Best beer selection in the area with good prices. This sure beats the two small Kentlands beer and wine store and stays open till midnight Friday and Saturday nights.

I’m not a wine person… but it sure looks like a good spread.

Support the local beer & wine store at the Muddy Branch Shopping Center to the left of Giant in the back. There is a County Liquor store to the right of Giant. The staff are very friendly. I buy lottery tickets here and I think that they are due to sell a jackpot ticket soon.
