History

Established in 1996.

A long time ago, our Executive VP was the network manager for a large company with an IT staff of 30+ people. Whenever anyone in the organization had a problem, they would pick up the phone and call the Helpdesk. The IT department was the ‘go-​to’ group to fix or plan anything relating to technology. Upon leaving the organization, he and our President realized that most organizations don’t have 30 people in their IT department. Many small to medium sized businesses don’t even have one person fully assigned to the IT role. «We should create a full service IT Company that can fix people’s problems! We can be the go-​to people for everyone».

MicroServe Consulting, Inc. was born.

MicroServe has proudly grown and assembled a highly skilled team of network and telecom engineers that have built networks that span the globe. We provide the full range of IT solutions, services, and products for small to medium sized businesses in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC.
