Been going to Dr. Chung for years. His staff is friendly, courteous and gentle. Dr. Chung himself has a great technique of massaging the novocain into the site of injection so that it hits quickly and thoroughly. Then he works fast and efficiently. I also find him to be pleasant to chat with and very informative about what he is doing.

I don’t like Dr. Chung’s service. When i had question for my bill, he was not friendly to provide explanation. Instead, he yelled at me. It did not event take him more than 5 minute to check if my teeth was broke inside or not. My teeth was nothing wrong, but he claimed he spent a lot of time to prepare to see me. Therefore, he end up charged me $ 110 just for a quick look. Bad experience with him.
