I had been working out for 2 years and needed a more challenging change. I started at IAMCOREFIT in June and am pleased to say that I have seen great results. I have built core strength and feel much stronger. Ramont has also guided me to eat healthier and explained the importance of what you are putting in your body. Wait, it doesn’t stop there. He also provides youth athletic class. My son plays football and has trained with IAMCOREFIT off season. This year I was able to see a huge improvement in my sons agility. Over all the gym is clean and the people are always friendly and motivating. I would recommend IAMCOREFIT to anyone interested in personal training or group training.

I have been going to Iamcorefit for 2 years and I have been very pleased with my results. Training is exceptional and not like your average gym. I would recommend any one to come and try out a class. You won’t be disappointed!
