The Staff has crappy attitudes, and they consistently rip you off if you bother them to pack ice cream to go. When i asked, I was told that they didn’t have a scale, and never weighed the ice cream when they pack it. When the ice cream settled, it was 2 inches short of the container amount i paid for.

We frequent this location and have had good and fair experiences. The Ice Cream and Coffee are fine, the only issue is the lack of help. When going for coffee or Ice Cream, we have learned to take a little patience with us. We will continue to be customers, and hope for better service in the future.

My family made a special trip to get ice cream tonight. All I have to say is «an ice cream shop with no hot fudge.» We’ve been here before, but there is significant lackluster to eat a banana split without the mentioned option. Also, this location is always understaffed– but friendly. I loved the fun flavor of banana peanut butter.

dont come to this baskin robbins. Something was in my icecream and the indian dude who works there with tattoos as a manager was rude.
