The star is for the ATM at this location. I push a button and I do my banking. It works.
That’s the best part of this branch.
I called ahead to confirm they do notary service. Went in to use said notary service a few minutes later. The notary wasn’t in today. Info that would have been helpful on the phone. However, I set up an appointment for the next day.
Came in for appointment. Astonished looks on everyone’s face as the notary wasn’t in that day.
So a manager set up a confirmed appointment using the online system. I got a phone call confirmation. I got a confirmation text. Two confirmation emails…
Come in for my appointment… Notary wasn’t in that day. To be polite, I set up another appointment for the next day. I didn’t come back,
I have similar stories for other business at this location. Polar opposite from when my card number was leaked and my cards were cancelled. They called me and while I was on vacation, set me up with a branch near my hotel in Nashville. I came in and my cards were all prepared and I was welcomed and sorted within a few minutes. The agent that helped me was wonderful and quickly had me on my way to spending more money on my cards and accounts.

I came here to get a cashier’s check and had a very pleasant experience. There was no line when I arrived around noon in a Saturday. The teller was really friendly and knowledgeable about checks. I nerded out and asked her a bunch of questions about how checks work and she happily answered my questions.

Small parking lot, 2 drive through areas and 1 drive through ATM. Also has an ATM right outside the main door. Can only make right turns out of the bank but can always u-​turn at the light. Service is good. Right across the Potomac valley shopping center and next to a capital one bank and Safeway shopping center (not connected to the bank parking lot. Bank of America is by itself while capital one is connected to the other shopping center. Near mc Donald’s (diagonal from the mc Donald’s shopping center)
Can be difficult to get out from the drive through areas when it’s rush hour
