Pleasant experience. We’ve used them [at work] plenty of times in their VA locations. My first time using Gaithersburg. Two women were running shop — dunno if that’s regular there, but very refreshing! They had a good sense of humor and I enjoyed experiencing my gender run shop!
One star off b/​c the copies of the key aren’t working as of yet. I’ll update when I return to have a look taken to correct.

I’ve had good luck with Baldino’s. They installed Medeco locks on my house about 10 years ago & I just had them back to service them all before selling the house as the locks got a little loose in the door with use over time. Arrived on time and were efficient and proficient. I have also been to their shop in Walnut Hill a few times to have new keys made (this kind of key can’t be duplicated — only an authorized owner listed in their records can buy new keys). The keys have always worked perfectly and they are vigilant about checking the purchase record and my ID to make sure I’m the authorized account holder. Gives me confidence and they are friendly and efficient.

We scheduled an appointment for them to come over and change the locks on our new house. We waited and they never showed, so we left. An hour and a half after the appointment time, we get a call saying they were at the house to change our locks. Turns out the office never told the locksmith the time he had to be there.
