Aladdin Carpet & Floors

I had a really great experience with Aladdin. I wanted to put carpet in almost every room in the house, and I had visited a couple other flooring places before going to Aladdin. Sasan showed me all of their samples, and really worked with me to hone in on something that would work for my situation (kids, no pets, long-​lasting, wouldn’t mat down after extended use, etc.). The other places kind of left me on my own. Sasan must have spent at least an hour with me going over each sample and understanding what I was looking for. He also gave me big sample boards to take home to make the decision easier.
Aladdin primarily works with Stainmaster carpets from what I can tell. They strongly believe in them, and after talking to Sasan and doing some research myself, I decided to trust in that belief. Their installation crew was top-​notch, ripping out and installing about 1,300 square feet of carpet in a day.
Soon after the carpet was installed, I noticed a small discolored dot on the carpet in one of the rooms. At first I let it go, but after awhile, I couldn’t. It was staring me in the face every time I entered the room. Sasan came back to the house, took some photos, called Stainmaster, called the carpet manufacturer, and got me connected to a «fixer» of sorts, who studied the carpet extensively and presented me with one solution I liked the sound of, that made the carpet look like new again (he grafted some yarns from extra carpet I had and plugged it into the existing base — it has worked well!)
I highly recommend Aladdin, and I recommend Sasan as a person to work with. It was a really good experience all around.
