Very friendly and helpful place. I called on a Friday afternoon with a broken (permanent) retainer that was very uncomfortable. I’m not even a patient there, but I haven’t seen an orthodontist since my braces were removed 23 years ago, and no other orthodontist’s office in Gainesville is open on Fridays. They agreed to squeeze me in, were so polite and welcoming, the doctor did wonderful work and fixed my problem, and to top it all off, they didn’t even charge me! I didn’t know places like this existed anymore. No one’s been that nice to me in a long time. I cannot recommend Dr. Waldron’s office highly enough.
