Description

Specialties

From Cinnamon Buns or Lunch Orders for events to a Hot Calzone or Fresh Scone from the Grove Street Station, The Colored Egg can fill all your baking needs.

Stop by the bakery and try a piece of moist quiche with our special homemade crust or order a specialty cake, sure to be a hit at your party!

The Colored Egg aims to provide food that is well prepared, well presented. In order to do so, we are up before the chickens, baking fresh for you daily.

History

Established in 2010.

Our name comes from the Aracauna Chicken

which are originally from Chile. They are also known

as the «Easter Egg Chicken» because of the colored

eggs the hens lay.

Kathy raises Aracaunas at home on her farm and

holds the same philosophy for The Colored Egg business:

fresh and pure ingredients are best.
