Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and talented staff, more than fair pricing. I took my lawnmower in for repair, as it would not start. Resisting the temptation to throw this one out and buy a new one after 12 years, I decided to try this place as it had good reviews. I wasn’t disappointed! Not only did they fix my mower, they gave it a tune up and changed the oil at no extra charge. The final price was actually $ 20 less than the estimate given when I first dropped it off. I highly recommend Sapp’s for lawnmower repair!

Called them and was quoted the $ 20 price for an estimate on my mower. Took it in… to find that the kill switch cable had stretched and that accounted for the ragged performance and poor/non-existent starting. Technician did a quick fix and replaced the air filter. Total charge…$ 6.31. He didn’t charge me the estimate fee. Talked with me a bit and gave me some suggestions on eventually making the repair myself. Plain and simple good service and good will. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Busy place — and yet, they quoted me a week to fix my Craftsman mower, and got it fixed in just a couple of days. 20 bucks to assess the problem, applied to your repair bill. I was originally quoted about 75 bucks total, it ended up at 90(mostly due to the autodrive being a guess up front). Carb rebuild, new sparkplug, sharpen blade, taking the autodrive apart and putting it back together(I skipped fixing that — but they said they would have added the part later at no additional charge) So, all in all — a reasonable charge for what they did, and done fast. One small issue: They close at noon on Saturday and when I called at about 5 of, they were not amenable to hanging around an extra 10 minutes for me to pick up. They keep very strict hours — but, who can blame them? Its pretty hot out there.
