Jenifer and John M.

Business Owner

The Primrose School of Gainesville is owned by Jenifer and John McKnight. The McKnight’s were a Primrose family (son Sean) since long before they became Primrose owners. Jenifer is a graduate of Georgia State University, and was honored as The Outstanding Student in Journalism. Before joining the Primrose Family, John enjoyed a long and successful career as a Broadcast Journalist, most recently as the primary news anchor at WGNX-​TV. He has also been honored for his long and active commitment to the community. John and Jenifer also own the Primrose School of Buford. Jenifer and John have two children, Sean and Caitlin. John also has two grown children, Jonathan and Andy. They also have a granddaughter Anna and a grandson, Matthew. The Primrose School of Gainesville has also been chosen as an On-​Site training school for future franchisees… a high honor from the Primrose Corporate Office.
