We came in tonight to eat dinner. First off, the girl who greets you and takes your order clearly didn’t want to be there. I don’t think I could get an emotion out of her if I gave her the winning lottery ticket. She wouldn’t even respond when we thanked her for bringing food to us. Second, you were out of butter. I understand places run out of things. They sell butter next door at the Rite Aid. Must have butter to enjoy your bread! Third, we live in a huge hispanic community. Many of us are bilingual. Every time we eat here, we get to listen to the hispanic workers in the kitchen joking and screaming curse words over the loud music. It doesn’t really make for a great evening trying to enjoy our meal. The waitress was very friendly. She actually spoke to us and spoke back when we spoke to her.

One reviewer compared their pizza to New York. He’s never ate NY pizza that’s for sure. I have not tried the rest of their food but the pizza sucks. They use crap salty cheese that will wake you up in the middle of the night drinking a gallon of water.

I had a green salad that had greens more fresh than some high end restaurants, pleasantly surprised. Just passing through but I would stop by again.

I’ve eaten here several times. The food is always good. Their calzone’s and stromboli’s are the best! You pick and choose what fillings you want. Yum yum!

My boyfriend and I went here last week, and it was awesome! Service was excellent! Food was beyond compare. Even with the AC being down, the staff was upbeat and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

I sincerely love this place! EVERY experience has been excellent. They are friendly, efficient, and the food is absolutely amazing. The prices are ridiculously cheap. Took my mother in last week for a quick bite at lunch. They did not disappoint. They made a new fan in her and impressed me yet again. The portions are more than generous and this place just gets it right. I have taken in even the pickiest eaters and they have been impressed. Spot on!

The pizza is delicious! And the marinara with the complimentary bread was awesome! Definitely coming back soon to try some other things.

Second time going here to eat and me and my wife both love the food, everything is fresh and taste great. We will always stop and eat here when we are in the area. The portions are huge and the price is good.

Order 3 calzones at 8 dollars each, almost all bread, very little cheese, Usually I order from Finis in Flowery Branch, but Napolis opened up closer to me, so I gave it a try. The quality does not even compare to Finis, and prices are about the same. I will drive a bit farther to get Finis.

The food here is great, but they have hired some new employees who do not seem to care about customer service. I called in an order of 2 slices of pizza and a children’s ravoli on Sunday. The woman who answered the phone was not friendly or welcoming. She told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in twenty minutes and she said it would be a little longer so I sat and waited. 10 minutes later, one of the cooks in the back asked if I was waiting for food. I told him what I was waiting for, and he grabbed it from the kitchen and placed it on the bar. Both items had been ready since I got there(and in my view… I just didn’t know it was my food)! I asked the woman behind the counter if she realized my food was ready since before I arrived and she just said, «Yes.» No apology or anything. They used to have super friendly employees and my wife and I enjoyed coming, but good food does not outweigh bad service for me. It’ll be a long time before I decide to go again, if at all.

Had lunch there, ordered the original Stromboli and it was great. It was made fresh with fresh ingredients. The service was also good.

If you want some delicious authentic New York style pizza this is the place for you. Miles ahead of any of the pizza chains give this local establishment your business instead.

I have been to the ‘original’ Napolis pizza in Flowery Branch, but found out this weekend that they opened a new location closer to my house. So on Sunday, we ventured out to their new digs on Mundy Mill in the plaza with Tractor Supply. They are located about smack-dab in the middle of the strip, and I’m betting a lot of people haven’t even realized they’re there yet. When we came in, we were immediately greeted, and handed a menu. Like the Flowery Branch location, you come in and order at the counter, then find your table and wait for your food to appear. Before we were even seated, a basket of bread and their signature tomato sauce was on the table, along with silverware and small plates. We had the bread gone pretty quickly, and they stopped by to see if we wanted more right away. Drinks arrived fast too, and the food was quick as well. The food was just as good as the original Napolis location, and we quite enjoyed our calzones. Apparently they’ve been open for about 7 months, and the employees who work there originally(for the most part) worked at the first Napolis before moving to this location. Their prices are fair, and the food is good. A great standard-fare Italian food joint. They have a decent variety to choose from for appetizers, main dishes, and desserts, although I’ll admit I’m not a fan of Italian desserts… But it’s an Italian restaurant, so I get it. I’ll be back.
