His service was great. Speeding ticket and got no points or conviction as promised. Easy to work with. I emailed a copy of my ticket, paid him, and he worked his magic. I highly recommend him and would use him again for traffic court.

I read these reviews after hiring Mr. Koegler. I was so upset after reading these, I decided to research the complaints and his responses. First, decide what your goal is. If your goal is to spend less money, this is not the option for you. He is not here to decrease your fine, but rather to prevent a conviction on your record. He may help you avoid traffic school too. That is exactly what he did for me. I had to pay him to represent me, but I was not convicted and did not lose points. That was my goal. I did not want to go to court and I did not want to lose points or be convicted. You must meet the criteria for his money back guarantee. You can’t have a commercial driver license and you can’t have a prior conviction on your record. Once you pay a ticket, it is a guilty plea and therefore a conviction. My case was resolved about three weeks ago and I received notification of the resolution today. The fine is due next week. After reading reviews, I expected a delay in communication so I went online and kept myself informed about the court date and the disposition on the online court website. I knew how much I owed and the disposition three weeks ago and paid the fine back then. I received the disposition via email today and have about a week to pay the fine. I believe Mr. Koegler does exactly what he says he does and if your goal is to avoid a conviction and you don’t mind paying him and the fine (and possibly taking a class) he is well worth the money.

My boyfriend called the attorney to see if the attorney could help him out with a traffic ticket and the attorney just ASSUMED that my BF had already paid it and had the nerve to say «you are dumb for paying the ticket.» That is not the way to speak to anyone and when my BF explained he had not paid it, the attorney just said «I can’t help you» and hung up. This attorney should be ashamed of himself for the way he disrespects people and as I can see from the reviews, I am happy he made sure my BF did not waste his money.

May case was closed. Everything was handled promptly and positively. Gordon Koeglar was very professional.

Wish I had looked at the reviews before I even picked up the phone to call this office. Was on hold for about 10 minutes before he immediately began to berate me about a traffic ticket I had gotten in the past and then proceeded to hang up on me. Not only is a poor lawyer but also a person who doesn’t know how to interact with others. So sad. I never imagined how conceited a person working for $ 60 trials can be. Grow up and learn how to talk like a decent human being. I guess a life revolving around traffic violations will make you that way, unfortunately.

I, too, would like to give him zero stars. This guy is a condescending… person. I called for an estimate on taking care of an old ticket and encountered an incredibly rude and condescending attorney. I don’t understand why this person sends out fliers to advertise for business if he’s just going to be rude to all his potential clients. I went with another attorney who is very nice and very reasonable. Save yourself the time and aggravation and don’t respond to his advertisement if and when you get a ticket!

I really hope people see this review before they buy their service. It’s just like what everyone else is saying in their review: this lawyer is just very rude and not helpful in any way possible. The only thing he cares about is the 150 dollars fee that he will be getting from you. He has no patience to hear from you or the problem you are trying to solve
I got a very stupid ticket for 170 dollars. However after I used the service, it almost came down to a total of 300 dollars. It would have been way better off to just fight the ticket yourself or pay for the ticket and do driving school. All the times I spent talking to the consultants were meaningless as they were just as bad as the lawyer himself. It’s extremely hard to reach the assistant and I can’t get anything done efficiently because they either never pick up or never in office
Do yourself and others a favor: AVOID USING THIS FIRM. It’s only going to provide you with more stress than you already have on the plate…

I received a letter in them mail promising to take care of my traffic citation for $ 59.
I called the firm and spoke to Mr. Gordon directly today and after telling him my basic (alleged) citation information, his response was «the cop cited you doing over 20mph over the speed limit, so here is my free legal advice for the day: attend traffic school and pay the fine. Good luck.» …and HUNG UP THE PHONE without hearing a word from me… excuse me?!
Im not sure how this firm has stayed in business but please do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR of this unprofessional, scumbag of a lawyer.

I only wish there was a review of 0 stars for Mr. Koegler. Do yourself a favor and take the driving class, pay the fine. This guy preys on people who have gotten traffic citations and don’t know any better.
After being duped by this fraud, all he did was plead ‘no contest’ to my speeding violation without ever speaking to me, or even attempting to speak to me about my case. You don’t need an attorney to plead no contest, nor do I believe that this ahat spent more than 5 min. on my case. What a complete and total waste of money.

Got a speeding ticket and was solicited by his postcard promising a «money back guarantee» and rates starting at $ 59. Sounded good so I called him and actually spoke to him personally. After explaining my situation he said that he could help me out and that the fee would be $ 149 because it was a moving violation. So far, so good. I agree to pay him the fee and hire him. He takes my credit card information over the phone and NOW things get interesting.
He asks me to write a «Dear Judge letter». I have never written such a letter before and I am not a legal expert, which is precisely why I want to hire him. Makes sense? He tells me that I should apologize for my speeding and that it won’t happen again. Apparently the judge prefers the «humble approach» and that is why I should do this. Sounds a little fishy to me. Again, I am no legal expert but admitting guilt to a judge in writing will probably not get me a «not guilty» verdict. So I question this strategy and politely ask him for an explanation.
All of a sudden his attitude changes drastically! He starts insulting me and tells me that I begin to annoy him! Excuse me??? I am annoying YOU??? I am trying to hire a professional to represent me in front of a judge in a United States Court Room. I am willing to pay you the fee you requested and you can’t answer a simple question regarding our defense strategy? At this point, this is it for me. I don’t want a person like this to represent me, not with this attitude and behavior. I want nothing to do with this guy!
After our conversation I google him (yes, this is something I should have done before calling him!) and am shocked about the things I read about him. I decide to cancel the deal. Went to my bank and put him on a black list in case he tries to charge my account which of course he did. I filed a fraud claim and got my money back that way. A major inconvenience but lesson learned!
If you get a post card from him do yourself a favor and throw it away. I would give him 0 stars because this is exactly what he deserves! I will now just pay the fine and take an online traffic course and be done with it. If any of my employees talked to a potential customer the way this guy talked to me I would immediately fire him/​her right on the spot and that is exactly what I did with him. «You are fired!»

Before I barely said anything, the attorney said the fee would be about $ 150 and recited payment options. I said, «That’s a little more than I expected to pay because my ticket wasn’t that much.» He said, «What are your other options?» I said, «Go and fight the ticket myself.» He said, «Ok, have a nice day then,» and hung up on me.
What a pompous A-​hole! I’m glad he showed me his true colors before I hired him.
