I represent my client’s interest, protect their rights and fiercely advocate on their behalf by any legal means necessary. I am an attorney. My job is to help people get through and get past a problem.
The focus of my practice is helping people accused or charged with a crime, defending the rights of victims of crimes and guiding clients and families through the justice system. Additionally, I advise business owners regarding start up or corporate structure issues and contracts.

History
Established in 2011.
After graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, I worked as an Assistant State Attorney (Prosecutor) for nearly 8 years focusing on felony DUI’s with death or serious bodily injury and drug crimes.
In 2006 I entered private practice with the Galigani Robertson firm. In 2011 I left to pursue other interests, and opened my solo practice, Robertson Law.

Business Owner
Kevin Robertson is an experienced attorney and former DUI and Drug prosecutor. He has practiced in Alachua County for over 15 years. Practice areas include Criminal Defense, Victim Rights, Business Law and Expunging and Sealing Criminal Records. Mr. Robertson has extensive experience helping University of Florida students to favorably resolve Student Conduct Code Violations.
His Criminal Practice covers all misdemeanor and felony crimes (Ex: DUI, drug crimes, theft, assault, battery, domestic battery, stalking, cyberstalking, burglary, etc.).
Mr. Robertson strives to help people move forward in their lives. He will strenuously advocate on your behalf, litigate the issues that need to be litigated, and persistently and creatively negotiate a positive result in your case.
