Goodyear Auto Service Centers

Absolutely disappointed in this business and their customer service. I had a flat tire, and in driving one block to safely exit NW34th Street, I ruined the tire. Inasmuch as its was a high performance Goodyear tire I went here for a replacement. I was quoted a price of $ 211 for the tire but the salesman said he had a superior tire for less money. He said because of the wear on all my tires (18,000 miles) I should buy 4. I agreed and said I would return the next day and purchase them. The next morning I went to Sam’s Club and was quoted an «out the door price» of $ 700 dollars for 4 Goodyear Eagle tires, with a 70,000 mile warranty and free road hazard. I then went back to this Goodyear dealer, his «out the door price» for 4 tires with a 50,000 mile warrant (20,000 miles less than Sam’s Club) was $ 1050, he pointed out there was a significant charge for a road hazard warranty, (Sam’s Club was free) I said I had found a better deal, $ 350.00 cheaper, he became rude and generally acted like a jackass. The employee placing my flat tire back into the trunk of my car was a disgrace to the Goodyear trade mark. He slammed the trunk of my car and snarled an obscenity. All of this because I opted to buy Goodyear tires from another source and to save $ 350. I will never go back and I urge my friends not to reward this type of «bait and switch» sales tactics and terrible customer service. There are lots of tire dealers in our area, you would do well to find another, (any other).

Wow. Parked my car I front of the bay to have the air pressure checked in my tires. I am amazed at how crappy the customer service is here. The one younger guy in the beard ignored me multiple times and then he helped an old redneck that came after me. Finally the old bald guy acknowledged me when I came inside. Seriously? I have been here before and not treated like this.

Just took the old vehicle to get the oil change. It wasn’t jam packed busy so that was good. No frills just drop the car off and it was done 35min later. Oil change was 24.95 $ after taxes. I’d go there again if it wasn’t busy.
