They have competitive prices but the service was horrendous. I called the first week of school to find a book and they told me they would order it since they didn’t have it… A week later they still didn’t have it. I called and asked again when they would have it in, and they told me they would call when the book came in… they never called, and I doubt they ordered the book. On a side note, the advertisements you have to listen to while on hold are obnoxious. I will be purchasing books from a different bookstore next year, even if I have to pay a little more. Not worth the anxiety of waiting for a book to come in it dealing with incompetent employees.
