Gainesville Fit Body Boot Camp offers a fitness and fat loss workout program designed to get you in the best shape of your life. Each workout combines elements of High Intensity Interval Training, Exercise Stacking™ as well as Active Rest periods giving you the best workouts possible with twice the fat-​burning effect of any other exercise program! Best of all, each boot camp session is 30 minutes long, packed with high energy, and coached by our personal training team to keep you accountable, motivated, and on track to meet your health and fitness goals.

Each challenging exercise has modifications to accommodate persons with disabilities and all fitness levels. No matter what your fitness level is, Fit Body Boot Camp is ready to help you achieve the body you’ve always wanted through our unique approach to fitness. Our Unstoppable Fitness Formula simultaneously integrates the four essential fitness factors (cardio, resistance, core, and flexibility) to give you that lean, toned, and healthy body that everyone’s after. For your convenience, we have a play place available for use during session times. Two children of each adult member may use this room at no cost.

History

Established in 2014.

Gainesville Fit Body Boot Camp, the number one fitness and fat loss workout program, is designed to burn the fat and get you in the best shape of your life guaranteed. Our sessions are 30 minutes in length. Each session uses HIIT (high intensity interval training) and designed to burn up to 750 calories. Every exercise had modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and disabilities. We also have a children’s area with play equipment and televisions to keep your child occupied while you are attending your session.

Business Owner

I am a certified personal trainer/​nutrition specialist. I have always loved sports and fitness. I’ve played softball throughout my life and I ran track in high school. I started to enjoy weight training my senior year and carried it over into my time in the Marine Corps. During the eleven years I was in, I became a physical training instructor and a martial arts instructor. After exiting the Marine Corps, I took up distance running. I have completed numerous races including half marathons and the Marine Corps Marathon. While working in my previous position, I started up a daily workout program to get co-​workers interested in exercise and enjoying exercise. I love working out, helping others and seeing results. I am passionate about assisting people and helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.
