Established in 2010.
Dragonfly is inspired by the idea of creating cultural and meaningful experiences through unique twists on traditional Japanese cuisine. Started by Hirofumi P. Leung, a first generation Japanese-Chinese immigrant, and Song Y. Kim, a second-generation Korean immigrant, our goal is to introduce you to the culinary principles of the finest contemporary Japanese cuisine.
