I am only giving 2 stars because the initial encounters with staff were positive, in setting up care for a family member.
However, after discontinuing services, it has been several months & I am still waiting for balance of hefty deposit to be returned, despite numerous phone calls & a face to face appointment.
Left another message today… With little hope for resolution.
I will not use this company again, & DO NOT recommend.
