Specialties
Mobile Real Estate Settlement. I’m not just a notary public, I have a Virginia Title Producers License and I’m a Certified Virginia Title Settlement Agent. I still cannot practice law, so I’m not providing advice and making unnecessary comments regarding the process, the lender, or real estate agent or escrow company. However being licensed I have a better understanding of the process than just saying sign here. Additionally I don’t want to have any errors or mistakes that could cause my license to be revoked. As a result I hold my business to a higher standard. Please keep that in mind when looking for vendors during your vetting process.
History
Established in 2010.
I started my business while working full time as a loan officer. One of my customers at the financial institution I worked at informed me of the financial benefits of being a mobile notary public. Through connections made on LinkedIn and other online social business sites I learned of different services I could provide through notary services. To name a few: fingerprinting, identification proofing, property inspection reporting, merchant servicing inspections. As security and reliability becomes a constant issue during the vetting process of using venders; I decided to incorporate my business and become licensed as a settlement agent.

Business Owner
Originally from New York City by way of Colorado and Massachusetts. I’ve been a resident of Virginia since January of 2003. Because this area provides a great deal of business for my husband it looks like it’s our final stop of our USA tour. I have grown to love the state. About 45 minutes to Washington DC, lots of culture and diversity and many things to do.
