This company is on the pricey side which only makes this matter worse. I am attaching the photo I sent them to put on 35 shirts I ordered and a photo what they actually put on the shirt. The owner/​artist decided to make a tiny logo on the design MUCH MUCH bigger without asking for my permission. Now the logo (which I only included because it was mandatory at my school) is one of the main focuses of the design. He said sorry but was not actually very apologetic about it as he started to get an attitude with me when I expressed my frustration that he would do that without consulting me first. He just kept repeating that he had to blow it up so the text in the logo could be read (which by the way is not even true because I have a shirt with that same logo and it is not as big as he made it and was still legible) but I told him I didn’t care about the legibility of that small text. Who does such a drastic change without first asking? He did not even offer me a discount for the mistake and rather tried to make me feel bad about even bringing it up. The only reason I didn’t push further was because the shirts are for a school organization and we needed them the next day. I will not be doing business with this company again after the way they disregarded this situation.
