I am a graduate of the Florida School of Massage and licensed massage therapist as well as having received certification in Integrative Massage and Personal Training (CPT, IMAP), a unique personal training especially designed for massage therapists and backed by National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), imparts the base to assess your movements and help you to improve your base stability, in conjunction with massage.

My desire, as your massage therapist is to help you achieve the wellness goals that massage can bring about.

My area focus and interest with massage is in deep tissue and trigger point therapy, looking to help individuals with the aches and pains brought about in the body due to the modern work environment.

You can expect and receive massage that draws on many different types of massage to accomplish help with anything from sports related injuries to aches and pains experienced due to work conditions.

History

Established in 2012.

After a personal life of service to people and helping them with their inanimate objects to help them achieve their business objectives, I came to a new way to help beings. I decided to help them with helping themselves.

I have had many successes in my 35 years of receiving massage to rectify injuries and to be healthy.

This realization is what brought me to massage school and to open my office and bring what I can to the people that come to me seeking help to take care of their well being.

I have lived and worked in Gainesville since 1979. Raised as a Military child, I have lived all over the world and Gainesville is the place I came to and decided that this was a great place to settle and call home.

I enjoy the outdoors and at present hiking and mountanbiking are the activities I am most passionate about.
