I actually used to work at this location a few years ago… When I go to an auto parts store I want a leval of expertise from the employees, and a large variety of available parts. This place has several professionals that work there. The manager Les has been with the company for years and years. There is one person that works there named Gene and he is the only person that I will talk to. In the years following my employment there has never been a question he cant answer or part he cant find. Today I went there and spoke with a man named Danny, I was searching for a front Axle for my dodge truck. He looked it up and then explained that was not his particular area of knowledge, that his expertise was more geared toward drag racing and performance. Other than the real go to guys they have a couple of young’ns working there that will try to pimp the hell out of the stickers and silly little ad ons. They more than often can offer several different manufacturers of the same part allowing for a price range from inexpensive to a little more expensive. Example– brake pads, they can carry a gold and silver series which offer different warranty’s. Services They Offer– –They can read the codes from a check engine light –They can check batteries –They can check Alternators –If you buy windshield wipers they will install them for you –If you buy a battery they will install it for you ******ALLSERVICESFREEOFCHARGE******** The one thing– There is one thing that I have recently noticed. There seems to be a lack of employee’s working. Today there were only two people to tend to the whole store when I went in Bottom line– They have Knowledgeable Parts Specialists that are available for questions and do not push sales. They will do there best to help you and give you the advise that doesn’t sell parts but advise that is in your best interest.
