Tracy R.

Manager

Tracy Ross is our Assistant Commercial Property Manager. A Florida native, Tracy was born and raised in Miami but has been calling Gainesville home since 1997. She brings more than 15 years of marketing and advertising experience to AMJ and now works with Beau Beery to manage and market our commercial real estate portfolio. Tracy enjoys traveling, cooking, entertaining and college football.

While AMJ is not my property manager directly, they are my neighbor’s. When I contacted AMJ about their tenants filling their own yard with trash that was migrating into mine, AMJ was on property within only 3 hours and cleaned up the entire mess! I have lived in many places and never seen such a quick response time by management except for emergencies! I found their promptness went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, AMJ!

They make their money by keeping your deposit. They kept $ 317.00 of my deposit to replace the stove burner pans. Last time i checked, these pans run about $ 3 or $ 4 each at the local dollar store. Just a heads up to anyone looking for a reputable rental company: AMJ is not what you want.

Please renters don’t rent from them just move on. I have 16 years of renting under my belt, I’m just trying to help you and stop them. I will later attach a few other rental companies my husband and I used. But really anything is better then these people.

Someday when I win the lotto or make a ton of money I want to buy this company and then fire all your employees that work in this company.
This company is by far the worse place I have ever rented from. You were in our condo more than we were. You lied to me and when I caught you in a lie you never apologized. Places I rented from before and after have always given us our deposit back and yes I had a dog. You charged us for stuff that we complained about before we moved in or the stuff that was your fault because you were in our apartment more than us. You stressed out and killed my dog. Even after I told, asked and begged you to tell me before you entered our apartment so I could remove my dog from the condo. She was sick but added stress would make her sicker.
You are a sneaky, dirty, dog killing company. And what goes around comes around.
