Business Owner

Donato D’Alberto is franchise co-​owner of EXIT Trinity Realty. Born in Pescara, near Abruzzi, in Italy, Donato emigrated to the United States with his family when he was Seven. He is now an accomplished real estate professional with more than 28 years experience.

Donato has rehabilitated and managed multiple residential, multi-​family and commercial real estate investments. He specializes in helping people with difficult real estate transactions including foreclosures, short sales, deed-​in-​lieu, and distressed property, as well as helping the anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Having sold more than $ 50 million of real estate, he has extensive experience in representing buyers across the spectrum, from first homes to dream homes.
