We offer commercial/​residential power washing services and wash many surfaces including siding, driveways, patios, walkways, roofs, decks, fences, and gutters (inside and out).

We use a low-​pressure, soft-​wash cleaning method on delicate surfaces like roofing, vinyl, hardy plank, and wood, thereby avoiding the damage that can be caused by high pressure. We use hot water and high pressure to clean surfaces like concrete and brick.

We are pleased to now offer eco-​friendly rust removal, as well as eco-​friendly calcium and efflorescence removal! It is safe and very effective!

History

Established in 2009.

In 2009, we began educating and training to begin a small business which would serve customers by cleaning exterior surfaces. Now, several years later, we are still offering our services in and around Wake County. By continuing our education, we are able to offer superior services while considering the many different needs of various projects. Our service is unparalleled and our customers are never disappointed.

We are proud members of the United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners (UAMCC) and enjoy attending their training events in order to increase our education and expand our knowledge of this ever-​changing industry.

As owners and operators of Southern ProWash, Inc., Jeff and Amanda are always working hard to make sure their customers are satisfied with a job well done. They are currently working on certifications through The United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners stay on top of the ever-​changing demands of the power washing industry.
