This is a small (30 sites) campground, about an hour outside of Albany. It’s a nice drive away from the Thruway, and very good for families. There is a good playground in the park, and your campsite reservation includes admission to nearby Mine Kill State Park, which has hiking trails, waterfalls and a swimming pool. The missing star accounts for the fact that you can hear traffic on Route 30 from the campground, which ruins the illusion a little bit!
