I guess I am spoiled after the Crestwood location’s remodel… because it makes this look like a rather plain grocery store. The service is generally friendly, but the selection is lacking from my usual store (especially in the wine and beer categories.) The store definitely needs a remodel of some sort, as it is very dated. I am glad that I can still get the BOGO sales and load up on my fuel perks though!

Fultondale, AL
Winn-​Dixie is the main (only?) standalone grocery store in Fultondale, out on US-​31, near the Walker Chapel intersection. They have ample parking, a pharmacy, and fairly long hours (7am-​10pm).
They offer all the standard/​conventional groceries one would expect, and they also have a decent selection of organic items. Sales and deals run pretty often, and with their little member card you can find some especially good deals (my wife purchased a pair of steaks, regularly $ 13.99/lb for $ 7.99/lb).
