These people are not arborist. They are hack job, low brow and unqualified. They leveled a lilac bush after maiming it in an attempt to groom it, telling it’s elderly owner it was diseased. Here are the photos. Do not let these people on your property. They are not dendrologists, arborist, or professional. It was disconcerting how little knowledge they displayed as well as the lack of safety equipment.
