I was extremely satisfied with my experience at AAction Rents on River Road north of Santa Rosa. The store was well stocked, the quality of the tile wet saw I rented was excellent, and the staff (Mike and Kyle) were both thoroughly professional and friendly. I’ll be back!

I stopped in to inquire about the future rental of a piece of equipment and was encouraged to reserve it. They said they needed my driver’s license number. I wasn’t going to be driving anything and was only reserving the equipment. They said they needed it for reservations, it was their policy and that I would not find another rental place that didn’t ask for a license. As a prior victim of identity theft (explained that to them too), I took my business elsewhere.
