XCS

We hired this XCS to supply copier in our office. The sales rep handwritten on the receipt saying that they will respond in 4 hours. This machine break down at least twice a month and each time, they NEVER respond in less than 4 hours… this week is the worst, the machine scanner has been broken for a week and each time we call, the XCS always say «tomorrow, the parts coming»… this company promises the moon and the stars, and deliver nothing… all talk, no action… total B.S.
by the way, I never put out negative review to any business… this is my first and only review in the past 15 years since i’m online… just to show you how horrible this XCS is… «bad» is an understatement… I’m calling my lawyer now to see if we can break the contract with XCS and ask them to take back their always-​broken copy/​scaner/​printing machine!!!

They lied just about everything they promised.

Shortly after my ⁶⁄₁₅ review, I politely emailed Sandra (the manager) to let her know how disappointed I was with the (lack of!) service. She never responded. To my surprise, our corporate office had been having the same issues and they terminated our contracts with XCS! I couldn’t be happier.
These people are a joke!!!

This place would be a lower rating if it were not for one of their product support specialists name Garold.
Garold is very prompt, does what he says he’s going to do and does everything he can to put the customer first. I can give him a call at any time and he has walked me through our problems and many times has corrected them over the phone. If that doesn’t work, he is more than willing to make an office visit to identify and correct the problem.
As far as their general customer service goes, I’m sorry but it’s not all that great. Pricing is high and the customer service is lacking. It is very difficult to get a return phone call and typically they do not follow up with what they say they are going to do. Can be very frustrating at times.
