I absolutely love there brand new vending machines state of the art. great company overall to do business with. the sales representative ken is very friendly and helpful and the owner was nice to meet good vibes all cross the board for vina .i recommend vina for all your vending services needs there the best vending company in southern ca.

If you need a vending machine, or parts, or service, then call Ken and Tara. Their knowledge and support are the best in the industry. They’re easy to work with, and upfront about the vending business. It’s been a pleasure to work with Vina.

Update: Sometime after I wrote the above review this company called my manager and DEMANDED that I remove my review.
I would have been happy to amend my statement of their services if any effort was made to fix or resolve the damage caused. However they were not interested in fixing the damage. Their only concern was the negative affect my review had on their ratings here.
I’m appalled that they would try to hinder my free speak in such a way. The one star remains.
To Vina: You moved our pool table the one time and there was radio silence from you when we reached out for a resolution to the damage. I no longer work for the Clubhouse, and, irregardless, harassing my previous manager is not the way to go about getting a negative review removed.
My Recommendation: Think about the way you approach customer service in the future.

We were in the market for replacement vending machines at our new facility. Haven driven past Vina several times I stopped in to see what they offer. My immediate impression was this place is filthy and the odor of cigarettes overwhelming. The blond lady (I thought was just a customer) followed me inside and asked «what do you need». I was a bit perplexed by her unprofessional attire and questionable business upkeep. I asked a few basic questions and walked out the door. I was not expecting much from a vending service, but wow they really need to consider employing professional customer service representatives.

Our company needed new vending machines and the folks at Vina Distributing provided brand new machines and let us pick the products to stock them. Love these guys!

this place is really cool. ive always wondered who gets all the money from vending machines, now i know the answer, you and i! haha you can go in, buy a vending machine, vina will give you good locations to put it and bam! you’re responsible for filling it up and everything, it’s pretty cool. if you get a good location you’re pretty much guaranteed some extra cash. the prices are reasonable too, before you know it the vending machine paid for itself. the owner tara was really helpful, very laid back, and straight to the point. very easy process and i recommend it to anyone who wants to make a small investment and make it count!
