The Reality is You, helps people ready to transition and shift into a place of healing, and well being.

The Reality is you began after years of helping others to shift into a better state of well being. Utilizing Reiki practice along with guided meditation and energy work. I wanted to reach more people, and began the The Reality is You website, and blog.

We all have a story, and with that, I could compose a novel. One full of stories about me. How I came to be. What events lead me to the journey I have been on for many years. But, in the end, it’s just a story.

I can tell you in traveling through my life, I have encountered many woundings, many lessons… all vital in my process. The gifts I carry were meant to be shared, and to help others. Without the wounding the journey would not have begun.

I’ve connected and helped many people. With Reiki Healing, Energy Work, Guided Mediation and Readings.
