Practically the only Starbucks I go to in Fullerton and it’s conveniently located in my business college where I don’t have to walk far to get coffee. It’s bigger than the Starbucks in the library and there’s shorter lines if you know when to get coffee at certain times. If only this Starbucks was exclusively for Mihaylo students and staff, it be so better in terms of the waiting time.

Took them over 20 minutes to make my TALL pumpkin spice latte. I went up to the cashier and asked her what the deal was and her response«oh, well, there’s been a lot of orders» I told her I ordered my drink over 15 minutes ago, she looked around for my cup and didn’t find it. She said«oh, looks like someone took your cup» –_– she finally made me a new cup and 5 minutes later I got my drink. I understand it’s the morning and their dealing with a lot of orders but that does not make it ok to be unorganized and unprofessional towards their customers.

This Starbucks is pretty good. Like regular Starbucks I have been to it depends on who makes the drink. Definitely prefer going to a Starbucks off campus but don’t want to lose my parking spot. Can’t expect too much with it being at school. However, I like going to this one over the library. Their drinks typically taste better here and it’s normally less crowded than the library.

I understand they’re probably the busiest starbucks in the city but that doesn’t excuse the attitude was given after they screwed up my order. I had 20 min before my class inside mihaylo and was starving got a sand which and coffee. Coffee came out quick sandwhich never came now im late for class. Asked for a status update and they said«i just popped it in» frustrated i asked for a refund. Since i paid cash and didnt get a receipt they girl was super rude about getting my cash back and had to talk to the manager. When i worked at In n out and we were that busy the mentality was«just give the customer what they want» she was quite reluctant to give me my money back told me i should have kept my receipt. Well, you probably shouldn’t have screwed up my order in the first place :)

They are ALWAYS out of something. Sausage egg sandwiches, cake pops, brown sugar for oatmeal, etc. It has come to a point where instead of just ordering, you ask first if they have it. You would think that after 7 months of running out of the same item you would know to increase your order on that item.

Usually not one to complain, but this time they drew the line. The long lines are most people’s complaints on here, but this is to be expected if you place this location in the middle of one of the busiest buildings on campus. Plus honestly it’s not that bad, I’ve been to plenty of SB’s that take much longer with shorter lines. What really grinds my gears is how unorganized this location is. They are ALWAYS out of something. You would think this being the college of business there would be at least one decent operations manager ensuring proper stock of supplies. But no. In the last 2 weeks I’ve gone probably 3 times.(4 classes back to back no time to get food/drinks anywhere else). Each time they’ve been out of at least one ingredient that makes up their new Mango black tea lemonade, so I’ve had to get it substituted with things like peach or strawberry. Each and every single time they end up making the drink THEY suggested completely wrong. I ask for peach black tea, i get peach green tea… come on guys! Today i wanted a bacon & egg croissant and guess what. Yup, out as well. But they didn’t tell me till they had already rung me out for it. Tried to get a refund and for some damn reason their system wasn’t letting them. So i had to get something else instead. Fine I’ll deal with that. Biggest thing here is, they say they won’t charge you taxes if you’re a student… except everything is marked up over 10% so essentially you’re still paying taxes. Students are already broke as it is, stop being greedy fellas. Probably not coming back here again, and hope you won’t either. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Worst starbucks ever. They charge tax, where other starbucks stores do not, making their items about 10% more expensive than s typical Starbucks. Also, they will charge you for the cup if you ask for water, something I’ve NEVER experienced at a Starbucks before. Is that even legal? I won’t be going here again.

Like everyone else says, the wait time at this Starbucks is ridiculous. But it is in the middle of CSUF’s most populated major so it is kind of expected. The baristas usually never get my drinks right but they’re really nice. There’s a good amount of seatings which is nice if you can’t find seats outside. Basically, this Starbucks is pretty much the same as any other Starbucks and I do appreciate having a Starbucks down the hall from all my classes. I hope they do pre-orders…that’ll be awesome.

I used to come here before Starbucks was built in the library and their service/quality was average. Drinks and service were just like any typical Starbucks. However, this place has definitely gone down the drain. Poor customer service even with no lines. Coming from a cashier myself, I’m usually super lenient when it comes to customer service but this by far was just awful. No greeting, no smile, no manners. I know it may not be all that amusing to be a barista but least fake it while your working. Along with that, the drinks were not great. Green tea latte not fully mixed so the drink tasted like powder. Another time, their Iced Americano was extremely diluted. Also, there is No honey available to substitute sugar.

I don’t know why I think it’ll be different each time I go to this starbucks. The line and crowd is whatever, I don’t mind it. But why does my drink always taste like shit? All I get is iced coffee with milk. One time I came here and my drink was chunky? and it was disgusting. I don’t know what they did that coffee ended up CHUNKY. I asked them to remake it and the second one was just as bad. I came again today and got iced coffee with 2% and when I got my drink it was super light in color and didn’t even taste like coffee. It was basically all milk. The guy at the bar was also moving at a glacial pace. Everyone else working was hustlin but I s2g this guy was working so slow. Not worth it to come to this starbucks. I throw my drink away every time after a few sips.

Sometimes the drink is good, sometimes it tastes like s**t. And they usually give you wrong amount of your total! So check you amount very carefully!

This is Starbucks. You know what to expect. This location is in the lobby of Stephen G. Mihaylo Hall which houses the College of Business and Economics. It is pretty busy all day, worst between classes, lighter in the early morning(they started opening at 7 am!!! Yeah…). There is a full array of breakfast items, including hot sandwiches, and lunch items(a couple of different sandwiches) along with the usual array of pastries. Pricing is the same as at any other location. There is attractive seating inside, and lots of tables, couches, etc. in the lobby of the building. There also is outside seating.

Here is a list of complaints because I can’t think of too many positives: the seats are extremely uncomfortable, a lot of their outlets on the floor don’t work, staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, and you can’t use your rewards here. To top it all off, the music is always so ridiculously loud. How are students supposed to study here? Forget studying, I can’t even have a proper conversation here. The only good thing about this place is that it’s in a convenient location.

One of my go to starbucks on campus. It’s crowded all the time. But mostly around noon-215pm. The workers here are really nice, if you need any adjustments just let them know. It takes a while to get your drink because a lot of people go here for their break or before class. I usually get black iced tea with two inches of breve(half and half), nine pumps of classic(vanilla syrup), no water, and ez ice bc it’s better that way. Tastes like milk tea, should try it sometime!

Yes there are long lines, so use time management when deciding if wanting to go there. Usually at 8 or before you’re good! There’s nothing really to rate besides customer service and it was ok. I didn’t feel any more special than the person in front or behind me! The coffee is going to be the same which ever Starbucks you choose!

I usually don’t mind the wait because it’s understandable that students need their coffee, but a few employees here are simply incompetent. Approached the cashier, didn’t get a ‘hello’ or a ‘what can I get you.’ Just got a blank stare waiting for my order. Ok not that big of a deal. After I ordered, my total was $ 3.51. I gave her a $ 5 and she took it. Two seconds later I said«oh I have 51 cents» and she said«too late Hun. I said«What? It’s the same thing.» She replied with«It will mess up my register.» As I started to protest, she called for the next customer. OKAY. 49 cents change isn’t that big of a deal. But I’m sure a cashier should be able to understand basic math and how change works. If I give you the right amount of change and you give me the right amount of change it’s NOT gonna«mess up your register» Idiot

Dear Starbucks, while I try to remain a loyal and dedicated customer. It it hard to remain supportive of the Mihaylo Starbucks. I am not sure if this is a proper Starbucks or simply a licensed one. From the poor customer service to the poor product quality. I would expect that the Starbucks corporation review this branch in order to maintain a positive image in this community amongst the students of CSUF. While it is important to produce drinks at a quick rate, remember the quality so that your customers enjoy their purchase and be willing to come back. If a customers has tasted something unusual about their drink, be understanding and allow the customer to voice their views. Not every drink will be perfect, but it is not that hard to remake the drink.

Love that there’s a Starbucks inside the Mihaylo building! My first class is located inside Mihaylo, so after class, I rush downstairs to Starbucks and hope there’s no long line. The line can get long, but the employees try to speed things up by going outside and take your order. This way, you can just pay when you get to the register. Cleanliness is never a problem here. The place is spot clean even though this Starbucks probably serve hundreds of students a day. Speaking of students, this place is always flooded with students working on homework or studying. Studying at a noisy Starbucks with blenders going off, and the constant chattering of students is overwhelming. How they are able to study in that environment is beyond me. O-O
