Delicous food! I always get the shrimp tacos or the fish tacos. And Max is such a nice and helpful employee there! You can easily see that he is a hardworker!

I used to love Rubio’s, but now I can’t get excited about it. Their food tastes pretty good(I usually get the beer battered fish burrito or the bean and cheese burrito). I haven’t been disappointed with my food/experience at Rubio’s, but I also haven’t been amazed. I still will eat there.

Love their food, but terrible service. I was waiting for my order, and I saw a girl put what looked like my order in a bag. She didn’t call out my name, or any name for that matter. She just looked around, and then she just left it behind the counter. I assumed the order was for someone who called-in, and I did not see her after that. I waited some more. One couple was served, and two more names were called. I still wasn’t called. Twenty minutes after I initially made my order, I checked on my order with the cashier, and it turns out it was the food that the girl bagged. It would not have hurt for that girl to call out my name; it’s not like I was trying to hide. They gave me two cards for free tacos, which I guess is okay for the service I received. I was told that she is even a manager. Despite this unacceptable service, their food never lets me down.

Horrible. I got the stomach flu from eating a California bowl here and it’s pure agony. I can’t keep anything down and the nausea just won’t go away. They must not prepare their food in clean conditions. NEVER going here again. I feel awful and finals are coming up soon so thanks rubios.

This place sucks, the fish tacos are always cold Gross! Also I went in here to have a couple of beers with my food and, I think someone called the cops on me! Two cops showed up and stared at me then walked over and ordered something to eat!

So my husband was just here not even 15 min ago, he asked for a veggie burrito and the girl thought he said shrimp but he had to keep repeating it but that’s OK because she was polite. The thing that bothers me is ever since he walked in the door the cooks were staring him down, not smiling and would not stop. So when our food came out they got out order wrong and asked for it to be made again, so while he was waiting the cooks were still staring at him and now whispering in each other’s ears and smirking and laughing, this is so unprofessional! He felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave, I do not want this to reflect the cashiers cause they are great, but please pay more attention to who you have representing your kitchen staff. Will take our business elsewhere

Rubio’s ancho shrimp burrito is SOOOGOOD. First time trying a shrimp burrito and it was bomb. All the sauces are good with the chips. Gotta try the fish tacos next time

Dinner is saved! After the pizza fiasco, came across the street to Rubio’s. A warm welcome even though they were closing in 3 minutes. Air-conditioned inside and offered ice water while we waited for our To-Go order. Food was quick and as ordered.

The food is very good here but the customer service is awful and very unprofessional. We ordered a fish burrito without beans and they added the beans. When we took it back, we got no apology. I would not recommend this location

I’ve been eating at this rubios for years now. The food is always so fresh! My favorite thing to order are the shrimp tacos. Always perfectly made. Salsa bar is kept stocked and tastes fresh! The service is great! Everyone who works here is so polite and helpful. This location is so well kept too. Definitely recommend dining here.

This Rubios needs to change it’s hours on Unilocal and what’s listed. It says they close at 9:30 and I come in at 9:05 and this tall skinny kid says they are closed. They were already serving another customer so they could have served me as well but they just wanted to get out of there. Terrible customer service. Mario would have served me but he wasn’t there. Pretty disappointed at how they don’t take care of their regulars.

Rubios fish tacos are so so good! Crisp, fresh and delicious with the all the sides and the sauce. Tip: don’t get the meal, just the tacos– the rice and beans are not good.

You can tell that this Rubios trains its staff very well. Service is ALWAYS kind and courteous and very friendly! Food is consistent in taste. Fish tacos are definitely worth getting on Tuesdays for $ 1.50 each. I always come get their ancho citrus shrimp burrito with the sauce on side

I had dinner here last night and for the first time ever, I was dissatisfied. I ordered the chipotle orange salad with blackened Mahi Mahi and it was drenched with dressing! I didn’t realize how bad it was until I tossed it around a little. So I ended up eating the fish and top layer of greens only. So here’s a tip, order the dressing on the side!

They serve Sangria and it’s delicious. The seasonal citrus shrimp tacos and burritos are the satisfying and tasty with slice avocado.

Came here on a Friday night and it was a little busy, however, we had a horrible experience. 1st they forgot one of my sons’ dinner and it took them 10 minutes to get it. During that time my wife’s and my food got cold because we weren’t going to eat in front of our hungry child that has to wait an extra amount of time for his food! Our other son ordered a child quesadilla and this Rubio’s should be ashamed to call that a quesadilla. It was a big flour tortilla with so little cheese that it just looked like a folded tortilla. Won’t be coming back to this location after this experience

I love me some good fish tacos. I had some super yummy regal springs tilapia grilled tacos and was very pleased. The location was clean and organized. The customer service was great. The guy at the counter who took my order was very helpful and answered any questions I had about the tacos, I believe his name was David. I definitely like this spot more than the one by my house in Orange.

I am a regular customer here, I probably have come here about twice a month, sometimes once a week, for the past 7 months, and I ALWAYS get the shrimp burrito, which now has been changed to the Classic Grilled shrimp burrito. Its delicious of course, since I come back so often. However, I had an experience that I was not particularly excited about the other day. My burrito was about 60% of the size that it normally is, and was cut in halves like the burrito especial, when normally they give it to you as a full burrito. This worries me, because it has happened at other places that I once enjoyed; they noticeably cut the portions or make a minor adjustment to the recipe and my disappointment causes me to never return. My biggest food pet peeve is when the portions are too small to satiate hunger. Especially when a burrito is like $ 8. So this is my plea to the Fullerton Rubios: please. I don’t want to have to go to Baja Fresh. Just please, return the burrito to what it once was.
