One of the best Gunpla selections I have ever seen. Plenty to choose from prices for most of the more complicated models are really decently priced. A fare amount of good deals when you catch them on a 20%-25% of deals. Definitely my go to shop for Gunpla. Staff is very nice and pretty well informed about current or upcoming kits coming in or coming out. Thanks again.

R4L is definitely the go-​to hobby store if you’re into Gunpla or stating to get into it!
They have the most in-​stock items of other shops that sell Gunpla and they top it off with a flat 20% off of plastic model kits, tools, and supplies off the bat (could be more during holidays/​special events) making it very competitive with Amazon and Japanese online store prices where’d you have to pay shipping anyways.
The guys that work here are well-​versed and polite; if you have any concerns they will do everything in their power answer your problems.
Only one concern though: new items get sold out quick! So be sure to pre-​order any new kits (with an even bigger discount than 20%) as restocks can be somewhat lengthy.
In all, I highly recommend this shop for any Gunpla needs!

It was my first time here and these guys were great! So friendly and got the job done so quick! Go here and don’t consider anywhere else! Easy to find and when you walk through doors, go straight to the back of store. That’s where the magic happens.
Staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. They fixed my shattered screen on iPhone 5s in less than 15min. I’m soooo happy with the quality and efficiency of there service! Thank you guys again!

First time here and I was completely blown away by the selection. Floor to ceiling shelves of gundam models of all grades. «Anthony»… the gentleman that helped me out left me with no question unanswered. Highly knowledgeable and friendly! They also do cell phone repair. This is the first, but not last time i will stop by. Thank you robot4less!

Great place to find and buy gunpla. They have a large amount of selections and have great service. When I asked to help find a specific model kit I was looking for they were very willing to help me out. Only problem I had was it was a little too pricey for me. Some of the kits were too over priced and can find cheaper in some other stores or even online.

Always make time to visit this store when I’m down from the Bay Area. They have awesome variety, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing. I started coming here when I was brand new to Gundam. One of the staff walked me through everything I needed and I purchased my first high grades from them. Three trips later I’m here purchasing master grades. This place is worth the visit. The prices are reasonable considering it being a small shop, I don’t mind shelling out a few more bucks for having the convenience of picking it up in person and not pay shipping/​or have to wait for it to arrive from over seas. This store has everything in stock!

Pros:
They have a lot of Gunpla models for reasonable prices. Everyone in town should check this place out.
Personal note:
1/​The only things that I didn’t buy from them were the Tamiya Basic Tool Set, and the GSI Creos Gundam Marker Basic Set because I can get these on Amazon (bought directly from Japan) for a lot cheaper.
The reason for this is understandable, too. If you can’t wait for 2 – 4 weeks for these items, just get it here at Robot4less because these would cost as much as fast shipping option.
2/​If you first play this, try the High Grade ¹⁄₁₄₄ scale model first, since it’s not too complicated.

Had a great time at this store. Huge selection of Gundam Model kits, Mr. Color Paints and modeling supplies. Was not expecting to purchase anything but could not pass up the deals. Will defensively visit again. Only draw back is not everything is clearly priced but the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Came here on a whim looking for a custom builder to potentially hire for some commission work. Wasn’t quite sure what to expect since a store with this much Gundam stock has not existed since Supercollector closed down in the early 2000’s.
The employees were extremely helpful and professional.
They have a large selection of animé products ranging from play arts kai’s to S.H. Figuarts, and of course Gunpla.
They don’t just stock the current and latest Gundam kits either, they have some older kits as well. They have a large variety of HG kits in ¹⁄₁₄₄ and 1/​100, a decent amount of MG’s, and a few PG’s. They don’t discriminate on series either, as I saw U.C. kits, Wing, 00, Build Fighters, and other series such as super robot taisen, patlabor, and muv luv.
They also have a good amount of paint and building supplies as well.
It can get pricey, but remember your paying for the convenience of the item being under one roof and instock, and you not having to pay for shipping.
I read a few of the reviews on the page, and the one star review sticks out like a sore thumb. The employees told him to go buy the item at the cheaper price and the Unilocaler gets angry? It sounds like the employee was looking out for the Unilocalers best interest, but that’s just me. Either way if I was still building myself I would support this store, but my interests have swayed to TF’s, but I may buy from them in the future to pick up some Mr. Color paint.

Great selection of Gundams and a bunch of other stuff I do not have time to name. This is definitely my go-​to spot for all things Gundam, one piece or Dragonball Z!
The prices are competitive as well and more selection available online at their website. Great spot… Peace

Wall to wall with Gundam models of all types. They do a decent job keeping up with latest releases. They frequently have sales as well.
Their base prices are a little bit higher than some sites, but this is offset by the fact you’re not paying shipping.
Staff is very knowledgeable about theor products and very helpful. Furthermore they do a great job of communicating through the internet with customers

The store itself was really hard to find. It was on the quiet corner behind the main store in the West Fullerton Plaza. It is right next to a drive-​thru ATM. When I went in, there were a ton of models, figures, and modeling supplies. I think since their website was having issue, the store itself was really messing and disheveled.
One thing you will notice is that they have a lot of model kits, one of the biggest storefront stock I have seen for a very long time. Since they are also an online retailer, they can find stuff for you in the back as well. The only problem is there are no prices for any of the stuff. So, you have to check the website for prices. Unfortunately, the site was down when I was there. I had to ask the clerk for every price. This seems kind of annoying.
The prices are good, especially for the heavily boxes. There are also a massive selection of LEGOs. There were a lot of paints, brushes, stands, and airbrush kits. This is a great place to go if you need a new project to work on.
