Such a great experience! I’ve been searching around Fullerton for a new nail place since I’ve moved and I’ve had less than superior experiences. But the ladies at Ritz made me feel like this is my new nail place! Everyone was so friendly including the owner! I made an appointment just in case but it was only 30 minutes from when I called. They offered me something to drink and a towel for my neck. I declined but I think next time I will induldge! I wanted purple gel as a base with white polka dots but she offered a gold accent nail and said it might look better. IT DID! I also previously had gel polish on my nails and she was SO gentle removing it! I hate when people rip at your nails! Pedicures are a must for me. So gentle and my toes look great! Added a callous remover (because I always do!) and she really took care of me! Thank you Ritz Nails for the superb service you gave! Can’t wait to go back again!!!

My daughter and I have been coming here for years and it’s always a wonderful experience! The owner is so sweet and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome! The girls all do a great job, the salon is nice and clean and the prices are very reasonable!

This is my one and only nail place. I have been going here for 12 years and even when I moved away for college I would always try to get an appointment while visiting home. Kathy and all the ladies there are so wonderful and welcoming. I have no problem telling them if I’m not happy with something they will always fix it. And my gel manicure lasts longer than any of my friends that’s go to other places. Now they serve wine or champagne and all their equipment has been updated. For a mid range price you get a high quality mani pedi!

I was home for the holidays and came upon this shop using Unilocal.I showed up on a Saturday right as they opened, which was a good plan because they were able to fit me in before most of the morning appointments. They open at 9:00 am, which is earlier than many other places I’ve been. Cathy got me started and then Amy took over to do my gel manicure. She did a great job, and I will definitely be back any time I am in town. Lots of colors to choose from, and they were really efficient in getting me taken care of. Cathy recommended making an appointment next time because they get pretty booked up on weekends.

Got a mani pedi here. Made an appt. just an hour before and got serviced right when I arrived. The service was great, I got exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be back!

Always ask for Amy! She is the most talented staff there! I came here for my bridal nails and I’m totally I love with the bling she gave me!
They gave me a discount for my wedding since I came with my bridesmaids. I got acrylic gel with bling on all 10 nails for $ 45

Great experience getting a pedicure today! VERY clean and everybody was super nice. I like that you pay once your nails are dry at the main counter where you check in, instead of rushing you during the service as other places I’ve been to do. I would highly recommend this nail salon to my friends and family!!!

I was extremely satisfied with Ritz Nails and Hair Salon!!! Everyone was very nice and Anne did a great job! She was really detailed and wasn’t rushing through my appointment like most people do. She took her time to make my nails look great. Also, there was no side talk between the coworkers, which was nice because I didn’t feel like they were talking about me or any of the customers. I will definitely keep coming back.

Had such a great experience here. Was told on here to make a reservation and I’m glad I did or else I wouldn’t have been able to get in that day! Cathy was so sweet over the phone and knew who I was the minute I walked in. I really liked the peaceful environment and the time my manicurist spent on my nails. They turned out beautifully! The pricing was a little cheaper than I was expecting which was a plus. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

I adore this salon. I rarely do my own nails, because I’m terrible at it, but when I feel like treating myself, and being girly, I head down to this salon. It’s closeby, and they’re always willing to squeeze you in, even if they’re packed. And most times I’ve gone, they’re super busy. They have this kind of regular business because the girls are great. Each of them are extremely attentive and really friendly. They’re really dedicated to their work.
Maybe this review seems too kind or too easy, but I am well aware enough that these girls work hard, all day, and do a great job every time. They accommodate the needy, the picky, the particular and the girls who always «have somewhere to be» seamlessly, and without question.
So let’s be clear. I come in, as a walk in, leaving room in my schedule for a bit of a wait, and I don’t give attitude to the girls who are multitasking as best they can. And anyone who gives a shitty review because they weren’t worshipped like they were celebrities the moment they walked in should probably have a reality check.

My go to nail place. Worth the drive even though I moved to another city. They offer you a hot or cold neck pillow along with water or tea. All the staff is friendly and remember customers. I bring my mom and friends here often.

–clean and sanitary tools
— peaceful (no loud sidetalk where it feels like they’re talking about you) and environment even when they’re busy
–great price (paid $ 26 for a gel french mani + silver lining + removed my last gel polish)
— kathy, the owner, checks up on everyone and how they’re doing
— Nancy did my nails and she was on point with what I wanted
…overall an awesome experience, would again definitely

I wish my experience here was better so that this could be my go to place. A friend of mine told me about this place and I decided to try it out since its closer to my home.
My overall 1^st experience was 5 stars! They were so on top of making you feel important and taken care of. They asked if you wanted water, they gave you a warmed weighted pillow so that you can relax, and just took care of you. The owner was awesome and made sure that you were having a good experience. Nancy did my nails and it looked great! She was able to add the design I wanted and made sure it looked perfect.
Since my experience here was so wonderful and my nails lasted for so long I decided that I would bring my bridesmaids here and get all our nails done for my wedding. Bad idea!!! My 2^nd experience, I was talking to my girlfriend about how when I travel my gel sometimes changes color. Not blaming anyone just telling her about my experience. We were talking about how odd it was and the lady doing my friends nails said «no you did not get gel» and I was taken back since I know what I got and she continues «gel doesn’t change colors so you got regular» she continued. First it was none of her business she could have commented, but don’t tell me what I got and did not get. So finally I am getting my nails done and I should have paid attention. The girl did not cut my cuticles, she made all my nails so short, my nails just looked awful and when I said something she said «well you should have gotten acrylic». Just straight out rude.
Well after 3 days it looks like I’ve had my gel on for 2 weeks. During my vacation my gel stained and changed colors (like what I was telling my gf). I uploaded photos.
I only gave this place 2 stars because of Nancy.

One of the most friendliest nail salons I’ve been to in years. Cathy, the manager is so welcoming and easy to talk to. The staff are always smiling. The tools they use are sanitized and seem really clean. Overall the atmosphere is relaxing because they’re not always talking in their native language about you or to each other. They offer you tea, water, chocolates as well as a cold or hot pillow to place on your neck. Although my pedicurist forgot to ask me, I do still plan on going back.

I need a negative star but since they won’t let me it’s 1… HORRIBLE!!! Dirty place with dirty tools. They don’t listen to the customer, can’t even cut cuticles correctly. RUN AWAY!

OMG this place is awesome. It’s the best nail spa I’ve ever been too. The owner Cathy is AMAZINGLY friendly and so is the staff. They offer you cold water or hot tea and bite size chocolates. Cathy is attentive and before you pay she looks at the work and ask you if you’re happy. I read a bad comment about Susan and stated to ask for someone else but I’m glad I didn’t she was wonderful. They’re not loud and none of the back and forth talking in another language. I’m so relaxed.

It is best to call and make an appointment, they are usually fairly busy but try their best to get people in pretty quick!
Holly is my favorite for acrylic fills! She takes her times and makes sure you are really happy with how she does them! Super sweet person as well!

Five stars all the way. Tell you what, I think it’s the first time I’ve been to a nail place where I felt pampered and at ease, and I didn’t even have an appointment. From the outside, the salon looks a little shabby but inside, the place looks clean, well-​organized and welcoming. They have you sign in at the front with your name, your phone number, and the time you came in. They offer you water or hot tea before the start of the service. Cathy, the owner, is very involved with the guests unlike most places where the owners just leave everything up to the nail technicians. On top of that, she checks your nails at the end of the service to make sure her technicians did a good job.
I don’t usually care much for the massage function on the nail chair because at most places it seems to be more bothersome than relaxing. Theirs, however, seemed to be of a more high end version.
I was particularly impressed that my nail technician Holly removed the nipper and cuticle pusher out of a sealed plastic bag in front of me. It gave me the assurance that they stressed the importance of cleanliness and proper sterilization of their tools. Suzanne also did a great job painting my toe nails.
I opted for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had a particular design request on my fingernails that they were able to carry out beautifully.
Getting your nails done is expensive these days so I only get them done during special occasions. Now I know where to go where I feel like I get my money’s worth in terms of quality and service.

$ 53 before tip gets you a full acrylic set with gel polish and regular pedicure. The ladies are really nice and quiet. They don’t converse with each other as loud and obnoxious as many other places do. They’re efficient and always check their work with you. They don’t pressure you into other things.
