Rhonda Shader – State Farm Insurance Agent

First off, I love State Farm! In my opinion, they are the best insurance company out there. They take care of their customers. I’ve used State Farm for years for my business and my car, and haven’t had a bad experience! Thank you! I’ll be a customer for life.

I’ve saved a quite a bit of money using this agent and I have to say that I’m 100% pleased with the quality of service and professionalism.
I can always get someone on the phone and I understand that many people often come in to the office in person with their premium checks to say hello and make a personal visit as the place is just that open and friendly.
I often need Certificates of Insurance for my productions, and I can always count on fast and friendly service and no surprise fees and charges.
You should have no hesitation at all doing business with these people. They’re honest, reliable, friendly and attentive.

My husband and I are both seniors. My husband is a retired disabled Viet Nam Vet with 27 years of military service our country. I just had (non-​related) C3−7 cervical surgery and am in a neck brace. We submitted a property damage claim in November 2014 (our first ever in 20+ years with State Farm) because I fell through the floor of the outdoor 2^nd floor balcony to our house. The State Farm inspector refused our property damage claim (no injury claim was filed) saying that it resulted from rain damage because we don’t have a «covered» balcony. (Really? How many actual «covered» balconies does anyone ever see? Wouldn’t that be a patio, not a balcony? Besides, our entire house was rebuilt only a few years ago and haven’t we been in a drought in California? So what rain?) Subsequently, Rhonda, who only spoke to us 1x through all of this, and State Farm, left us on our own to deal with this dangerous situation, despite our complaints to Rhonda’s office staff, who apparently screen all her calls making it very difficult to get a hold of her directly. So when we heard about the much needed upcoming December rains, and given my husband’s disabilities and the fact that there was no way the damaged balcony could support his weight, it was up to me to tarp the balcony floor hole in order to prevent an electrical catastrophe in the lighting system for the patio below. On December 15, when trying to tarp the hole in my neck brace, I fell through again, this time injuring myself (leg and hip). Again, we called Rhonda’s office, this time to file an injury claim. It’s now December 29, and I still haven’t heard a word from Rhonda or anyone else from State Farm. (YOU WOULD THINK YOUR AGENT WOULD AT LEAST CALL TO SEE IF YOU’RE O. K!!!) At this point, I can only assume Rhonda’s waiting, hoping I’ll fall through the hole and 3^rd time, so she doesn’t have to deal with me any more.

Like a previous reviewer wrote, I hope YE’LP doesn’t delete this review since all the facts are true and people have a right to know what to expect from their insurance agent when they need them the most… when they have to file a claim.

That’s what I mean joy s, there nerve around when they say they are. I went to farmers, I filed a comlaint on Rhonda and her co worker for canceling my insurance without my permission. Anyways it all work out, I have better coverage and better rates with famers now

Rhonda and Mattie are fantastic. I’m a insurance agent and have no problem referring

Excellent customer service. I switched over to Rhonda Shader State Farm insurance about a year ago. I was with the auto club for 33 years.
Within two months my husbands suv was vandalized. State Farm handled it quickly and within one week we had the repairs paid for. Their adjuster was efficient and their customer service excellent

Rhonda Shader and her team are the best! They go above and beyond every time I call them.
I recently had an accident in my brand new Lexus with a government truck.
Rhonda and Madi helped me every step of the way as dealing with the government is difficult. My auto was fixed quickly and State Farm helped continue the fight with the government so that I did not have to deal with them.
I have had all of our insurance with this office for many years and received the best customer service. Rhonda is great about making sure I am covered properly with each new home or auto I purchase.
Unfortunately, I have had a few claims over the years too and each time I felt like they were really there to help me through what ever catastrophe I was dealing with.
