We took our little dog ella to be spayed here. We are very happy with the people and staff there. The doctor did a great operation on her. We took her in at 8 in the morning and I picked her up at 1 in the afternoon. She is doing really well and getting back to her self. We will be taking our male in and have him fixed also. The cost was really good and affordable. Thank you to everyone who works there.

Recently took my 2 year old Shiloh shepherd in to get fixed. I had a very pleasant experience here. I did my research before deciding on a clinic and this one had the lowest prices by far. I recommend calling at least a week in advance to get the date and time you want! They book up quickly.
The facility looks clean. Stephen, and the young ladies I encountered working there were all very nice. Stephen was extremely helpful! He was very thorough when instructing me on what was going to happen and made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog in their hands!
When I picked him up from surgery he looked great and was very playful. He had a little spotting but that is normal it’s now 4 days after his surgery and he seems to be doing very well.
They also called to check on him and to see if I had any more questions. Very appreciated. With their prices and the customer service on top of the very good job they seemed to do with my dog I honestly can not give a single complaint. Will recommend to everyone!

This place is affordable and really good for your dog keep in mind they are not a hospital but they offer plenty of services.
They staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
They also offer cherry eye treatment we had our dog treated here and it he is been doing great!

I have five dogs, and I rescue, spay/​neuter and re-​locate dogs on a monthly basis. This means that finding a clinic that will spay/​neuter a dog for under $ 200 – 400 is very necessary.!!
At $ 75 for dogs under 50LBS and $ 100 over 50LBS… It is very easy to be sceptical of this place! The first thing I thought was «maybe they use dirty needles» … TONS of red flags going off in my head… And that’s not just because I’m Canadian.
The staff is extremely polite and professional. They give you a paper instruction for post-​surgery questions. READ IT. Extremely helpful. Surgery goes quick and both dogs I dropped off at 8AM were done before 11!
Additional charges include the cones… They call them «party hats»… And cutting nails for $ 5!!!
If you’re sceptical of the price… Think of it as a specialist doing the same thing aaaaallllll day long… They’ve got it down by now!!! That’s exactly the case here.
It’s quick, clean and convenient.

The place is really affordable. My previous vet charged a minimum of $ 50. Per visit plus any extra that he did for my dog.
I went in without an appointment and did not have to wait at all. I said my dog was due for her shots. Paid before being taken in. My dog got her shots rather quickly. I was a little taken aback that the person giving her shots wasn’t the vet but the receptionist. I had to ask her what shots was she giving my dog because she wasn’t very informative. My dog hated it. She didn’t get a treat at all so that disappointed me.
I also had her nails clipped. I don’t recommend this place for nail clippings. I would think that out of all places a vet would know not to cut too short. The girl however, cut extremely short that the vain is almost showing. My dog cried the whole time. She also left them choppy and uneven and now my dog is getting caught on everything. I had to file them myself.
All in all, nice, decent place. Cheap but you get what you pay for. I would like to go back as long as we’re seen by the vet.
There’s a vet right around the corner that’s super nice, pricier but they treat your baby like it’s one of their own. Which is what I was expecting here.

I took my dog in to be spayed. When I picked her up, they said «She may cough for a few days», which I found strange, but, okay.
Now, she AND our other dog BOTH have Kennel Cough. When I called to talk to the manager Stephan… He said «We don’t let dogs with Kennel Cough in our building» «She MUST have gotten it at the dog park or at the groomer.» Well, my problem being… WE HAVE NEVER taken our dogs to the dog park… and they are PUGS, and do not nor have they EVER gone to a groomer. When I told him this, he said…“well, bring her in and I will have the vet look at her”… WTF, YOU JUST TOLD ME that you do not allow dogs with Kennel Cough in the building?! NEEDLESS to say, I did NOT take either of them back there. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS and do NOT take responsibility for making my dogs sick…

SO. We adopted a baby rabbit several months ago. Our 4 year old daughter is OBSESSED with her bunny Pig. We thought Pig was a girl, but we were wrong. I had several rabbits growing up, and I knew that boys can get a little *ahem* randy when they reach sexual maturity. I really don’t feel like explaining to our daughter why her rabbit is trying to make sweet bunny love to her arm, so it was off to get piggy snipped. Most places cost about $ 200-​$ 300 (GEESH!) but someone recommended Pro Pet fix. Now I’m a huge «you get what you pay for» person, and this wasn’t a procedure I was taking lightly. If we came home without that rabbit I envisioned years and years of therapy ahead. I spoke to several people who had take. Their pets here, and finally felt confident enough to make an appointment. My impression: fast, efficient, clean. They have their system DOWN. They were very sweet with Pig, and by 11:45 he was all done. I paid the extra $ 10 for the pain meds and it was worth it. The incisions are healing well, and I received a follow up call to check on him. I am very happy with my experience and the price.

I would not recommend this place. I was given a pre-​printed set of post-​op instructions, so the instructions were not customized for my large breed dog with a lot of energy. After I took off the e-​collar as per instructions, he licked and the incision immediately opened up. They were closed at 4pm, so at 4:30pm I had to take a trip to the local animal hospital and get staples. That trip cost more than the original surgery. I also had Pro Pet Fix Fullerton clean my dog’s ears. Less than two weeks later he has developed an ear infection, costing me another $ 185. It is negligence. And my dog has suffered more for it.

Took my gsd puppy when he was 4months and was so happy with their service and price! My puppies scar healed very nicely and quickly, no complications and not much edema either!
When we got another puppy a year and a half later I took our new as well a pit/​lab mix. Once again very quick and the incision healed very nicely!

Its been quite a while since I’ve been there, but prices you cant beat, customer service is spot on and there system is always up to date. Sadly I live too far to ever come back but i do recommend to anyone near by and on a tight budget/​or not this place is over all a great place. I feel comfortable leaving my babies here. They are very fast and efficient. Love this place. Wish they had a location out here in vegas.

We brought our 1 ½ yr old German Shepard to get neutered here today and I am very happy with their service the man at the front desk (sorry I forgot his name) was nice and attentive. This place is clean and the staff is professional.
I want to mention that we took our dog to Golden State Humane Society pet hospital about a month ago to get him neutered but they turned him away because during the pre op they weren’t able to take his temperature due to him being to hyper without trying any other alternative. BUT pro pet fix got the job done. Thank you

Super cheap spay and vaccination rates. I wish I had found this place before getting my dog spayed at my Veterinarian office at 2−3times Pro Pet Pet Fix’s prices.

Took my husky and kitten in yesterday to update shots for the first time. Stefan was the one who helped me and he was extremely friendly and very thorough on the shots I was getting for my dog and kitten. We will be bringing in our other pup in soon to be neutered and I can already trust that our pup will be in great hands.

A delayed review as I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years, but this is my baby’s go-​to place for her annual shots ever since she was a puppy! I’m usually in and out in about 15 minutes. I also had her spayed, she had a couple of tooth extractions, both of these surgeries went smoothly and my pup had healthy recovery. They even provided the necessary meds for her!
My dog had her first grooming experience here as well and they did a fantastic job. The groomer was very friendly with her, which was a relief. I do want to bring her back here for a monthly grooming, but unfortunately this service is only available early Friday mornings. Unless I take a half day off from work once a month… The search is still on for an equally caring and patient groomer (suggestions, anyone?).
Parking can be a little tight and getting into the small plaza can be a bit of a hassle during busy hours. Everyone at Pro Pet Fix has usually been friendly and patient with my dog. Thank goodness, because she is such a people lover and isn’t always the best at sitting still during grooming or shots. This vet isn’t too far off from my area and they are very affordable, which this post-​college student is very happy about.
Otherwise, for quick shots and appointments around the North Orange County area, this place is great!

Highly recommend this place! They spayed our baby girl Roxy!
Staff was extremely thorough and efficient when I called to ask questions and make an appointment and I was able to get her in within a week.
Monday morning when we got there they were still extremely efficient and quick. Roxy’s surgery went great and included in the $ 75 spay they give the meds to take home. I believe the price is based on weight and our Roxy is a boxer weighing in at 59 lbs.
Affordable, efficient, clean, and friendly!

This place does neutering ONLY, maybe some shots for your lovely pet but they are not a vet for you to take you sick young’uns in.
I took my two bunnies in for neutering and it was quick and simple.
You will be scheduled to drop off your pet between 7 – 8:30 am and pick them up around 1−4pm, or whenever they call you.
The stitches will dissolve into their skin so no need to worry about bringing them back to remove anything anymore.
I don’t know how often this happens to other pets but when I picked up my bunnies, they had very moist/​oily faces and continue to have them for about a week after. No one at Pro Pet Fix told me what it was beforehand and didn’t call me back when I left a message there to ask about it. I’d suggest them just putting a note on the ‘how to care’ sheet so people like me don’t have to worry.
They put mineral oil all over the buns’ little eyes and face to keep their eyeballs moist during surgery.
They called a few days after surgery to check up on my pets.
My bunnies have healed up nicely. Just make sure they get plenty of sleep the day of and make sure that they do eat/​drink within 24 hours after surgery. Keep your bunnies (if you take 2 or more at a time in) separate for at least a week, or longer if needed.
People are nice at the facility.

So a couple months after we got our first bunny, Zirra, neutered, we got another bunny — a lionhead named Susano. We raised him until he was in between 6 and 7months old. We took him in for neutering 2 days ago. Just 2 days ago, in the morning, he was running with Zirra. They were binkying.
We dropped him off, expecting to pick him up later in the afternoon. We never did. His heart failed soon after the anesthetic was applied. They did CPR for 15 minutes. I thank them for trying. Doctor Strand, over the phone and in person, was nice and apologetic… and she explained that this does happen sometimes. We still trust in this clinic because they had at least made certain Zirra was safely returned to us.
I’ve spent the past 2 days nearly sleepless and crying so much that my face swelled and dried. We’ll miss our bunny very much and hope he’s living up to his name. I felt like I should’ve asked questions when we met with the doctor. There were a couple things I needed to know, but there’s always another time. It was too much of a shock when we received the news…

My Bella needed to get fixed. She is about 10 months and I had to do this fast. I was so nervous because I’ve never been here. But all in all it was quick and easy.
Pro:
–clean
–quick
–easy
–incision was clean and small.
Con:
–a little abrupt– can’t pin point it. I feel because they do so many surgeries throughout the day, they have a system down and need to simply move fast.
All in all Bella is doing great (it’s one day after surgery.) After the medicine subsided she was almost back to normal. She ate all her food two hours after we arrived home.
Thank you to the doctor who took great care of her during surgery. She’s like my own child and means so much to me.
Thank you nice guy at the desk. You must have noticed I was so nervous and gave me assurance she would be fine. That helped while I waited for your call to say she was done.
I WOULD recommend this location for your pet.

I’ve been here twice already. once to get my 2 Yorkies spayed and recently getting my Boston Terrier neutered.
Both visits have been outstanding. The friendly staff was very helpful. from the scheduling of the appointment to the interpretation of the procedure.
On your scheduled day, you drop off your pet early in the morning and return to pick them up a few hours later in the afternoon. They give instruction on what your pet should and shouldn’t do the next week during their recovery. They also provide you with pain relief medicine for your pet.
After both visits, my dogs healed very quickly. My Boston Terrier was running around trying to jump on everything the following day after his surgery.
Their price for spay/​neutering is very cheap compared to other places and Vets. I could tell they really just care about people getting their pets spayed/​neutered. A lot of pet shelters directly work with them when adopting pets.
I only had one problem with them when they had done a separate procedure (tooth pulling) that I specifically said not to do. It was a misunderstanding though (long story), they were sorry, & it was a necessary procedure.
Definitely a reliable business that I would recommend to anyone with a new puppy!
