I’ve been eating Panda Express as far back as I can remember. Since about a year ago, they’ve been getting really cheap with their servings. I love their string beans with chicken. I don’t know how they do it, but when they use their ever getting smaller scooper, they always seem to pick up 1 or 2 pieces of chicken and the rest string beans. One time they scooped up more than a few pieces of chicken so they threw it back and re-scooped it. This is the same for their beef and broccoli, which happens to be my other favorite. Bottom line I want to be able to taste the chicken and the meat. If this is to keep cost down, then give us an option to pay a bit more to get more meat! I’m no longer a fan of Panda Express. Many of my friends and family have been experiencing the same crap at Panda. Really disappointed.

Wow the portions here are silly small. I get portion control but my daughter just got literally 4 shrimp in her kid order and there was still additional charge. My other daughter and myself also had silly small scoops. Not going to be back to this place

Came in at 8:40PM Wednesday November 18, 2015 to buy food. To my surprise there was no food, well only fried rice, chow mein and one item. They said cook is on break for 15 minutes and it will took another 25 minutes after to get food ready… they close at 9:30pm! You mean to tell me he will cook all that food just to close 10 minutes after??? don’t know who does the scheduling but that person needs to go back to training…

Very disappointed! I had been going this Panda Express since it opened. I went last night at about 5 pm and there was a line which I expected but below is NOT what expected. 1. The floor especially at the entrance was dirty and sticky. 2. The manager was sitting in the dining area with a person(male) and the conversation appeared to be an interview or maybe a performance review. 3. Many of the food trays were empty, as a result many people were waiting for food to be made. 4. There were only 2 cooks; one of them seemed lost and it appeared that she did not know what she was doing. 5. I order Tofu Eggplant and the counter person stated the wait would be 7 minutes since it had to be made. I stated okay and I will wait. 5 minutes later, the cooks did not start the dish. 6. At this time there were 3 other people waiting for food to be made. 7. I then saw the manager FINALLY help the cooks. It is the dinner rush hour. Why was the the manager sitting in the dining area? Why was the manager not managing the staff? 8. Lastly, Panda Express changed the containers. They are MUCH smaller than they used to be in the past. Panda Express has gone down hill and I will not return again.

The sign says it opens at 10 but I just got there at 10:45 and have no items. I don’t understand how a restaurant can be open at 10 a.m. but 45 minutes later they have nothing to serve you. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy the food here. It’s not the greatest but it will do. But don’t say you open at a certain time when nothing is ready to be served and you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get something. Haven’t been here in a long time and now I understand why. Won’t be coming back for a long time again

This place does not even deserve 1 star. The workers there are rude and talk back. They were talking trash on me in Chinese and I Knew they were talking about me cause they looked at me weird while talking and gave me attitude. They don’t even have real Chinese food.

I asked if they could make a special order Kung Pao Chicken without the zucchini and extra bell peppers. The response was this time only. so if you like it we won’t do it again. No thanks I won’t be coming back

They barely give you any meat with your meal. If you’re looking for a appetizer then go there but it won’t fill you up because they are stingy with the food they give out.

Had most unpleasant experience… I’ve been coming to this location ever since they opened a few years ago. Every time I went, staffs were very friendly and nice… at least until today. I got a 3-item plate & decided to get 3 pcs of crispy shrimp, since the menu said it’s $ 1.90. But when I got to the register, the lady said it’s $ 4.95. I asked why, then she replied«Because it is your 4th item.» First I thought she thought it was extra item, so I told her I only got 3 pieces. But she was keep telling me that this still consider to be my 4th item, and she will charge me $ 4.95. ** I checked their website for«online order» and it says $ 1.90 for 3 pc of shrimp. So is this their new company policy? If you are getting a plate, then the small appetizer item is considered to be 3th or 4th item? They have right to charge more??? If it is policy, they should update their menu accordingly, which I’ll be writing to the corp. What made me upset was the lady’s attitude. Instead of try to explain(such as that’s the company policy, etc.), she was trying to have an argument with me, then talked as if I was an idiot who can’t read the menu. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location… It was so rude, so unprofessional, and RIPOFF… I am sure a large international corporation like them won’t care about 1 customer’s comment, but it doesn’t give them right to rip customers off like this. If this is the new policy, update your damn menu!!! ** I’ve encounter a few people telling that the lady was right, but I tried to order EXACTLY the same items online, and it was $ 1.90.

I’ve been a customer of Panda Express for many many years. But I’ve been going to this Panda Express for about 4 years now. Unfortunately, today they accused me a stealing. A worker ran towards my car as I was backing out of the parking space and told me I needed to pay for the bag of fortune cookies. I told her, «What bag of fortune cookies?» I explained to her that I took a chocolate chip cookie that came with the kids meal that I bought along with two combo meals. She insisted on looking into my bags which I allowed her to do. And of course she didn’t find the«stolen bag of fortune cookies». Then she proceeded to say, «Is there anything else that you need?» REALLY??? No ma’am I don’t need anything else. Geez!!!

Reeeaalllly good chinese/american food. I am always full when I leave although a decent size meal is about $ 8 which is a little expensive for fast food. You don’t need to grab a tray at the beginning of the line, it’s pointless AND If there’s a line of people behind you, DON’T ASKFORSAMPLES!!! It’s so rude. Go to the back of the line with your little toothpick and contemplate on your own time

RUDEST staff EVER. I came in at 9 pm and the girl working the counter, PAULA, had such a horrible attitude towards all the customers there. She clearly was upset that there were still customers coming in at 9(they close at 930 — She should expect to work til then) She was being very rude to the man ordering in front of me, rolling her eyes and sighing. When it was my turn to order i asked for an item and she told me i should get something different instead so she wouldnt have to make what i asked for. By the time i had finished ordering i asked for chopsticks and she looked at me then walked away to the next customers. Then a minute later she said«what are you waiting for?» I said«can i get some chopsticks please» and she walked away AGAIN!!! Finally after asking the third time she rolled her eyes and handed them too me and said«bye». She should not be interacting with customers

Idk why this panda has such low ratings. It deserves 5stars. THISPLACEROCKS. This Panda Express is clean, has remodeled really nicely and serves millions of hungry ass high school kids every damn day. They deserve all the credit they can get. I’ve come to this place for the past 8 years and have gone home satisfied every single time. It serves the same food as all Panda Expresses, which is 5 star quality for fast food Asian cuisine. All you people complaining about how this food isn’t «real Chinese food» get the hell out! You’re the damn moron expecting authentic Chinese cuisine at a fast food restaurant. GOTOCHINAYOUBLOODYIDIOT. Even China doesn’t have orange chicken as good as they make it here. The servers are also very kind and always ask if I want samples and give me large portions. Maureen helped me today and she was very sweet. The managers are usually nice as well. People who complain about portions, ASKFORMORE. It takes one«hey actually, do you think I can get more of that?» to stop being a complaining, whiny customer. Seriously, learn to ask for more and stop thinking you deserve the largest portions because you’re so beautiful or somesht I always get the 2 entrée to-go with half chow mein and rice, orange chicken and Beijing beef. It’s the perfect combo of sweet, spicy and sex I’m a Panda fan for life. I will never abandon this one. Ever

Well, this is my fiancé’s all-time favorite food so we come here fairly often. Even though we’ve eaten at tons of ‘nicer’ Asian food places, he still swears that Panda makes the best Orange Chicken, which is why I’m giving it the 4-star rating. I find that the food is pretty consistent, I stick to the fried entrees since the non-fried chicken and steak always seems gristly & fatty. On this most recent visit to the Panda on Malvern I did have a great experience with the new Brown Fried Rice, it was really good! I tried my fiancé’s Honey Walnut Shrimp and it was pretty darn good also, I’ll be honest. Also, the service at this Panda was good, we had no complaints.

The food is reliable. But I can’t get over the customer service. Why can’t any of the workers hear? I find myself practically screaming my order over and over again. It is really annoying. Second, why is it that there is never any food done? There is always a line of people waiting for the food to be prepared.
