Orange County’s Credit Union

Been a member since 1983 and have never had any problems. I mainly use this branch and Lake Forest. Over the years have had a mortgage loan, car loans & personal loans besides my regular accounts and always have been treated well.

Have never had a problem with them. They’ve been a great financial institution and have taken care of my financial needs with the highest level of customer service and professionalism. Will be a member for life.

Never had the best customer service until today Marlene works in the office help me out on two different occasions when my accounts have been compromised no questions asked just awesome customer service I appreciate her and her service we need more people like her

Horrible service. Waited 40 minutes to be seen! I was the only one in the store with three tellers sitting at there desk fitting there thumbs! Bullshit service never coming here again

This is why I bank at Orange County Federal Credit Union. After a pretty terrible day, I head over to the ATM to deposit my pay checks! And the machine went down, eating my checks and my card. I hardly had any gas left in my car and am completely broke. Luckily Marlene and Nancy were there late, and saved me!!! They dug my checks out of the atm, staying even later. Nancy even cut her finger trying to get it out. I was almost in tears from frustration but these women totally went above and beyond! They even made me a new debit card so I could go get gas! These ladies are stellar employees!!! Orange County federal credit union is so blessed to have them both working there and so am I. I will never bank anywhere else!!! I’m so thankful for what they did and their caring!!! I wish I could do more than writing a Unilocal review!!! This is the best place I ever banked with. The employees are AMAZING, the bank itself is just awesome! I’ve never had an issue there. I just can’t say enough about this bank! It’s not just a bank there to deposit and withdrawal money… it’s an institution that really cares about their customers, and really goes the extra mile. I highly recommend using this bank. I will even drive out of the way to only go to this branch!!! and if you ever go to this bank give Marlene and nancy a thumbs up cuz they ROCK!

Leilani gave me an excellent customer service. I just want to thank her for helping me open my first car loan. I qualified for the 1.99% interest rate for a used car which is the best interest I ever had. Great transition, fast and very thorough. She explained all the information about the loan and all the little details I needed to know and answered all the questions I had about it. I felt very comfortable the whole time and never felt forced about buying any other feature for the loan such as warranty or insurance. I recommend going to Leilani for a great customer service. I will open more loans with them in the future and hopefully continue receiving the great service from them.

Everytime I come here I have a horrible experience. Either the staff here isnt trained well or they just hate their job! The location on orangewood is way better! They are more professional and I never have a problem when I go there. If I didnt live as far I would be going to that one instead! Please avoid this bank. I usually never write reviews but ive had so many problems with them!

Regret bringing business with this place!!! I bought a new car last year and took a loan from this location to get a better interest rate for my prius. I was trying to avoid paying toyota care and i was told by Marleen they have maintenance package that will cover battery, turns out its not. After 8 months later i find out it wasnt cover. She sold me Gap coverage too that cost me $ 399. The way she explained to me that will cover payment if i lose job and cant afford payments. On top of that she never said i will pay $ 2800 or so that will be charge every month through the life of the loan. Brought this matter with the manager Gina, she did bs investigation turns out at the end I had to reaaply for loan that i had to pay for reaaplication fee. She claims that their main concern is to bring something that will benefit their customer. I think they need to do recap with the mission of their business and get it right! NOT to Riff– off their customers and sell all this bs package without explaining properly what they are really selling. I guess to get commisions theyre ok selling their DIGNITY for so little.

I don’t post any reviews, but when I do I give my honest opinion to the public! I don’t care for this branch! They are not very attentive to their customers. Too busy mingling and the rep we were assigned to, to open account was rude! Always cut us off when we had questions. So rude that she answered her cell-​phone during our appt. I’m a bigger fan of Southland CU because they have awesome customer service! I don’t know if I’ll be keeping my account here for long. It’s no wonder they have the refer a friend program, such horrible customer service!

I use the ATMs here because they work for my credit union without the extra charge and they allow a higher max than other ATMS. Easy access and short line (if any) is a plus

Now, I’m sure that with time the representatives will be gone from this branch. Till then, this is a great place to do business at. They are kind and handle concerns appropriately. When I say that, I’m talking from personal experience. Whenever there has been some discrepancy, the staff has made certain to have it handled within good time and appropriately. Nice! Making it easy to continue being a patron there.
