So happy with this bank. Very easy to get people on the phone. They answer questions quickly and are friendly. Helped me while I was on my honeymoon in Europe to make sure I would have no problems and even followed up with an email when we got disconnected from the overseas phone call. Most recently helped me immediately when my card information was stolen. I had my money back in a few days and the process was simple.

This use to be my only bank. But I got tired of having to fit their business hours into my schedule.
Every member of my family banks here. And we all agree on one thing about this bank. A teller here is some what rude and unfriendly. This has happened in numerous different occasions but ever since they changed owners he (the teller) is now trying to be friendly.

Conveniently located at the heart of Fullerton. Close to City Hall and the Police Department. How much safer can a bank get ! Although this Credit Union is only available to certain people that meet the criteria, it’s a great financial institution. There is rarely a long line, and all the tellers are very friendly. It has an ATM machine outside, and offers everything all the major banks do, with the personalized feel that you won’t get elsewhere. Your not just a number here !!!
