My favorite shop for my harley, Allen and Lucky great guys they do excellent work. Great customer service. I’ll never take my Harley anywhere else. Great job guys !!

I have a gift certificate from this shop and they refused to honor it. Not good. there mechanics are good. But I won’t go back

This week I took my 2015 HD FLXS into the shop for a full service and Lucky took care of my bike from top to bottom ensuring that no detail was overlooked! Lucky always ensures that everything is spot on with my bike and in top running performance before I leave the shop!

These guys rock, had my rear tire replaced at another shop and noticed the bike was running with alot of vibration on the road and was making noises, didnt have time to mess around, I found these guys and they fixed the issue fast same day! Turns out my wheel bearings were busted and needed to be replaced!!! I will be going here from now on…

Had my 2014 breakout serviced & some fork work done to it. Old school honesty and integrity is what you’ll get there. Awesome job on the repair & didn’t sell me unnecessary parts. I’ve finally found a shop that I trust to service my Harley. Thanks again guys for the awesome job on my bike!!!

Great shop with top notch people! Very thorough and professional with a small shop personal service that you don’t get at your local Harley dealer! If you have a Harley do yourself a favor and take your bike to Jim’s and rest assure that your bike is in great hands!

This place is awesome! I brought my sporty in for some electrical work and a leak on my back rocker. They did the job perfectly and for a great price. These guys really know what they are talking about and are quick to answer any questions. I would ¹⁰⁄₁₀ recommend Jims for anyone who needs quality service on their bike.

This place is hands down the best shop around. No one is too good to talk with you and help you out. They have the best prices around for the amazing work they do, and believe me I’ve done my homework. The ONLY place I trust with my bike.

Great service and great work from the technicians. There is a new owner and his name is Shawn, very easy to talk to and to work with in anything you may need on your bike. It took me 4 years to go back to this shop but now with new ownership will be there anytime I have to. Thank you guys

I don’t do «Yelp» but decided to start by reviewing my recent visit to Jim’s Specialties. I have been working on my old 72 Shovelhead for about 4 moths and trying to finish it
in time for the Born Free 7 show in June. After mounting the Engine and mocking up the Tranny, before continuing I had an encounter with a butcher knife and nearly cut my Thumb off and was (still are) out for a few months.
So in order to stay on schedule and make sure the bike gets done before summer I needed some help. Working in the Motorcycle Industry myself, I am very picky about my bikes and wouldn’t let just anyone touch my babies, but when I am not able to do a simple oil change due to my injury I had to resort to it.
NO DOUBT that the one who I would be calling is Jim’s, even though the past owner is no longer there and now is being ran by Sean. that place still has the Backbone of the Shop which is the actual Mechanics since day one (Alan and Lucky). These guys are as Old School Bikers as they come… and that is VERY important in this business because no matter how many Harley certificates or IT Schools or w/​e school others may have attended. If they haven’t gotten stuck on some Wild country road going cross country and have to fix their bikes on the spot… They don’t know SQUAT!
(for the record, they both are certified if that makes you feel better) but like I said they do have that trait of knowing what true bikers like and how bikes should Run and not be Trailer Queen Bikes.
So they fixed my 4speed Ratchet Top Tranny, rebuilt the pistons on my front caliper, and ran new cables for me and the whole time the bike was there I did not have a care in the world because I knew my bike was not only safe but in great hands. And sometimes a little Piece of Mind is worth just as much as the actual service.
Honest Shop, Great Mechanics, and they don’t charge you a leg and your wife like they do at Harley Dealerships so why look any further?
Ps: New owner Sean got my approval right away because He knew my Tail light was Eazy-​E! :)

As stated the mechanics are a step above. They seem to go the extra mile for you. I brought my bike in for service and was well taken care of. The new owner Sean is top notch, customer focused and treats everyone he comes into contact with respect. Lucky has always worked on my bike and will continue to do so.
So if you have not been to the shop since the new ownership. I would highly recommend giving them another shot…

Once again Jim’s specialties comes through. New performance machines caliper, new rotors and fixed a leak in my rocker box. Good service from experienced staff. Thank you Sean, Lucky and Alan. I Highly recommend them for any repairs.

Jim’s is outstanding for support, service and repair on your Harley. Allan and Lucky have taken care of three of my bikes over the past five years giving very positive service.

My sister found this place for her boyfriend and recommended that I give them a try. They were extremely welcoming and helped me with a couple different things for my bike. Sean and lucky knew what they were talking about and hooked my street glide up! Got a full service and my front end chromed. If you get a chance give these guys a chance! I’ll be coming back for sure!

What happened to your place Jim? I recently got a new bike a few months ago. I did all my research on the bike and knew exactly what I wanted, I just needed a mechanic to see if all the customization was possible. I inquired about pricing, how long it would take, and if he would work on it/​customize it — I wanted an answer before I bought the bike because if it was not possible, I would not of bought the bike.
The person that answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked for Jim, since I usually deal with him but she said he didn’t feel like coming to the phone. Not, he’s busy or has another customer but «he doesn’t feel like coming to the phone.» She said she knew everything he did on the bikes anyway so ask her to see if it could be done.
The main items were to lower my bike (order shocks) and install a reverse gear, if that is possible. She said hold on then a few minutes later said no, why would I want to install a reverse anyway. Very condescending. I asked who she was and she said her name but I didn’t catch it. She also added that she’s the wife so if I had any complaints tough luck.
I know I took a 3 year hiatus from motorcycle riding hence, not coming to your store for oil changes and bike gear, but seriously, is that how you and your wife treat customers now?
As you well know, I found a different mechanic. And this new place is a lot closer to home. I will never come back to your store.

I was recommended by the service manager at LAHD to Jim’s Specialties, because there was a long wait for service due the Sturgis run. I was very please with Jim’s knowledge, good work, and fair prices. Jim’s does all my work and is authorized to do all HD warranty work too. A great mom and pop Harley service center,

Came in looking to get exhaust and a new seat for my Harley V-​Rod and I was shot down fast. I was told they won’t touch V Rods. I like how their website says they are Harley Davidson specialist or custom bikes; and even advertise a V-​Rod rim for sell on their website but yet they won’t work on one. They wouldn’t even help me order a new seat for it. I took my business up the road and got my exhaust and new seat. They lost out on a good sale and future sales from me.
