I’ve had lessons with her both private and group settings for the first 2 years or so when she started teaching in the Fullerton area. She’s very knowledgeable about health and the body, and she’s experienced. I definitely gained more flexibility while I practiced with her. She can tell you what problems you might have(ie bad digestion, tight shoulders, weak core, crooked spine, chronic constipation, etc) and advise with helpful poses.(Weight loss, too.) I stopped going to her because she had a limited schedule, her studio was always packed, and $$. But compared to other yoga studios, I definitely miss the personal one to one interaction that is hard to come by in larger studios. She also writes articles online and in the Korean magazine that comes with the newspaper.

Love this place!!^^ I honestly is one of the best yoga studio and teacher to me. Skilled instructors, awesome class variety great schedule where something should work for ever. The instructor who Choi try always to research into ways of improving students ‘s health. Great studio and very nice studio. It is clearn. I want to recommend this yoga studio. Come join us!

Love practicing with instructor Ji-Hye Choi! She is a great teacher! She cares everyone’s needs. I’ve been practicing yoga with her a year & half now, i’m now stonger & slimmer than my 20’s! Do yoga for life!

I joined this yoga class on Dec, 1st to be healthier and lose weight. My mom did this for last 4yrs and she got stronger and energetic. For me yoga is more relaxing stretch kind of exercise. I used to weight lift and do cardio for workout. But I give it a try for new type of exercise and the result is wow!!! I do 30mins of circuit training before yoga class and I still sweat during yoga. I could tell the difference on my waist line a lot it was very bumpy lol! For a month $ 150 and for 3 months $ 350. And for night class mon-thurs 8pm. and there are 2 classes in the morning. 9 – 10, 10 – 11 I think. Give it a try! Instructor Ji-hye Choi is really well known in yoga field too. And plus she does not speak english very well so keep that in mind :)
