My family and I were tasked with selling my mothers home after her passing, We all live in different parts of the country. We interviewed a few different RE agents. It was Jacki who stood out above them all. She came very prepared with comps and a ideas of how to improve/​clean up the home to sell quickly and maximize sale price. She took control from day 1 to repair and improve the home. She staged the home beautifully. All with us living hours away. The home received multiple offers hours from being placed on the market. It sold in sold in less than a week of being placed on the market at above the asking price. She also made spot-​on recommendations during the inspection negotiations. I believe the small investment we made gained us well over 5 times the amount in return. The knowledge and vision she has is remarkable. If you have an opportunity to work with her, it is my opinion, there is no other choice.

Jacki O is amazing, and got me top dollar for my house
Jacki quickly identified several things that needed to be fixed after several years as a rental. Wood floor refinishing, painting inside and out, minor repairs, new doorbell. Jacki has a stable of known contractors she works with and gets very good pricing as she keeps them busy. Jacki got the quotes for me, coordinated the contractor access to the home, and basically oversaw the repairs, etc as I live in another state. The vendors invoiced me directly. We got a full price offer the first day the house went on the market, and ended up selling it over list. Jacki is high energy, detail oriented, and a good negotiator. I wouldn’t dream of working with anyone else in the Fullerton area.

We cannot say enough good things about Jacki.
She started by helping us stage our home, even providing a dining table/​chairs and helping us spread mulch in the yard.
She then went to work marketing our house and within a month, we had it under contract.
Then came a very difficult period because we accepted a contingency offer which had some troubles on the other end. Jacki remained professional and persistent and made sure things stayed on track. Without her help, I doubt the deal would have gone through.
Jacki is a hands-​on agent who does whatever it takes to get true value for your home!

This was my 4th real estate transaction with Jacki O and for very good reason. She knows exactly what she’s doing and she does it with integrity, reliability and dedication. She sold my home with her Flip It Yourself Program and it seriously made all the difference in the world. One word — NIGHTMARE
She was the buyer’s agent, and I was ready to sell to someone else and take $ 2500 less just not never have to deal with her. Nasty personality who only knows how to threaten litigation if a document would take a little longer than what she wanted. But would try to act coy if she was the one that dropped the ball. Once I got to talk to the buyers directly, we realized that most of the drama was created by her — they were very nice and understanding people. After months of looking for a home that fit their needs they almost lost the home they wanted because of her, as I was ready to accept her bluff and let them pull the offer.
