Drive thru and shift leader was there and sucks at speaking to the costumers, had a bad attitude as well, when she was talking to me she wouldn’t talk directly to me and would get quieter so I couldn’t hear her.

This place is way under staffed. I waited at the register for 8 minutes before the lady said I will be with you in a moment. She was very friendly. Then took 15 minutes to get my food. The store has mud in the dining area along with dirty tables. My hash browns are cold so is my burrito.

I eat Jack in the Crack maybe 3 times a year? Always via drive thru which is always slow. Like oh my why did I do this slow. Especially when I just want fries. And maybe a shake.
But the food is always fresh and hot so I should let it go. Last time I got fries that were fresh out of the grease and almost too hot to eat. Nice. I’m a fry lover and often just order fries, so this is important.
Got a coupon for a free double jack so I decided to give it a whirl. Forgot to ask for extra pickles… sad. But I was not disappointed in the burger. In fact it’s the best fast food burger I’ve had in a while. I mean, really it wasn’t like the jumbo jack I used to know a decade ago. This burger had mustard, thanks jack! Also the meat tasted like it was flame grilled though I doubt it was. The bun was very fresh and chewy and again way better than I’d have expected.
Overall I doubt I’d buy one but the double jack was super tasty.

I only come here for their original ice coffee. Best iced coffee compared to other Jacks. I’m not sure what it is, but its ALOT more flavored and fresh. It’s a hit or miss with the coffee at other Jacks.
Only downside is that the employees aren’t always that friendly.

Ordered a regular coffee, spicy nacho chicken, & nacho curly fries in the drive through. I was helped by an employee named Juana. Juana must of had a shitty Sunday morning. Juana decides to fill my coffee ¾ full. I asked politely to fill my cup of coffee to the top. She takes my cup & I over hear her talking bat shit about me in Spanish. Juana also decides not to give me my change and I ask them I need my change back. Juana then grabs the change and tosses it to my hands. What’s the point of customer service?

I love their friendly workers, especially Isa! Sweet and sour sauce is my favorite dipping sauce for almost everything on the menu! Keep up the hard work Jack and Crew!

I have been through the drivethru several times and if you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the place. I have waited in line for 20 minutes one evening with 2 cars in front of me. In comparison to other fastfood establishments this location is slow.
Food quality is good and service is friendly, just slow.

Fucking shitty service, please get a better fucking cashier, told me theres no more strawberry banana, but my friend got one after I ordered my regular strawberry. Fucking terrible, go to the deltaco across the street instead of this shithole. Special cashier.

My bf and I always come to this location when we want to eat lunch. At first the Manager on duty was nice. But when she found out that someone bought the homeless person food she was upset. When she heard me say that’s sad she proceeded to come at me. We see this homeless person around and he never bothers anyone. And she was like «I’m not that nice»… I guess humanity has failed. We don’t know someone’s past or history and from what I see she is just a manager at a fast food establishment. She should not be talking… It broke my heart and I will never come to this location again.

since i used to live about 5 mins from this jack in the box, it has become my go-​to place even though now i am closer to the one on harbor. stopped by tonight to get a combo thru the drive thru. service is just so-​so, seems like only one guy running both the drive-​thru and walk-​in. The little surprise came when i got home about 30 mins later and tasted the burger. When i got the burger out the paper box, it is still a little warm, the burger is still in a good shape, nothing like crushed one sometime
you got from mcdonald. the taste was great. i think if you serve this with a plate instead of a wrapper and fast food bag, it can really be charged for $ 14. seems like jack in the box has stepped it up because of the competition from chipotle.

okay so let me start off by saying that my usual reviews are for bad service. with that being said, this has to be the BEST jack in the crack i have EVER been to. #1 the space is very clean, #2 the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and #3 the food is ALWAYS fresh. I have never been dissapointed after ordering my food from here. oh and let me add that Porsche C. and Chris H. who’s reviews are down below must have been eating outside by the dumpster because this place smells NOTHING like «sewage» or «shit». check your shoes assholes ;)

I’m not a huge fan. And don’t really eat here that often, as I usually seek healthier type foods… But, it is really a wonderful perk to be able to get a light hot breakfast at any time of day! Their grilled breakfast sandwiches are tasty and filling… And, their Kona blend coffee is A+ !!!

I consider this place to be a compromise to my laziness. It is on my way home, so I come here more than I should. Even for a Jack it is pretty lame. First, the place just stinks. I do not know if it is a sewage problem or the trash cans but it just stinks. Secondly, I understand that not everyone is proficient in English. But why can’t the drive through cashier master the words that are on the menu? It is a royal pain trying to order anything. Let the good Lord help you if you have some special request. I found it easier to learn some phrases in Spanish to order than to hope that one of them learns English.
