In and Out Paint and Collision Center

This post is long over due. Robert and Michelle have such an amazing sense of customer service. I recently dropped of my black Hyundai Sonata because I had a dent in the trunk. Not only did they fix my trunk but they also fixed a few scratches around my car. WOW, NO OTHER COMPANY DOES THAT!!! They both were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. I had my car back in a few days, and my car looks like new. Thank you so much for the diligent work. I will definitely continue to come back and refer others to them. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed!

The friendliest people, Michelle is the best! She helped above and beyond when I came in with a smashed rear bumper, she gave me great advice for dealing with the party at fault ’ s insurance. She automatically saw that the whole hatchback was misaligned which I didn’t notice til she pointed it out to me. She took care of everything else after I dropped it off, and her technicians made my little car look brand new and then some… I feel like my car runs better since it came back from the shop ;) go to in and out if you ever need any body work done… top notch! Thanks guys!

First off, I would like to say ASTONISHING JOB! I’m definitely satisfied with their service and work. Robert and Michelle were really friendly and professional and gave me amazing quotes to fix and paint my right passenger door. I’m really on a tight budget with expenses for repair and Robert was really kind to give me an affordable, yet amazing quote for my door. Other shops charged me 1k+ but that wasn’t the case with this shop. I saved half the money and the job was flawless! Now I’m back to driving my car without a huge dent in my right passenger door. I just can’t express how much SATISFIED I am with their service, work, and price! Thank you so much! I’ll definitely refer my friends to this place. Highly recommended. 5 STARS***** A+

First of all… I don’t usually give reviews and when I do, I only give reviews to bad business. (no joke)
This place have no customer service… had been delaying my car repair for 2 whole months. they never contact me regarding to my car or even notify me about the type of damages and the cost for the repair. every time I contact them (Robert) regarding to the repair time frame and all they (Robert) said is «next week» or «we are still waiting for parts»…
When I finally got my car, I was really disappointed with the quality of repair, everything is used parts (dude~! if you gonna make me wait two whole months why don’t you just order new parts… this is not a hospital and I need to wait for an organ donor for a kidney).
ANYWAY…
My headlights did not match (Projector light and non projector light) and the damaged area was not even completely fix. When I pick up my car, they simply ignored me and didn’t answer when I asked them why it took them two months for the repair… and when I ask them why they didn’t match my damaged headlight, they simply said «this one looks better than the one you had before, if you want, you can buy the matching one on ebay»
Look down on me just because I am young, I don’t think this is the right way to do business. I really hope the owner of this shop read this review, and I won’t even go back even if the he re-​repair my car free of charge… this is just exactly how bad this place is.
I would really love to give this place minus stars but too bad, I can’t… word of advise AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
PS: now I am driving around town with two different headlights (driver side with projector light and passenger side with non-​projector light).

We use Robert and Michele at In and Out Paint almost every month for the last four years. There is no one that can paint a «one stage», better and less expensive that they can. Excellent work. highly recommended.

Top notch service and work! My 2012 Camry needed a new bumper after an accident and Michelle and Bob were great to work with. Having never been in a car accident, they explained everything to me in a reassuring way and were so helpful during the process. My car was ready super fast (2 days) and looked like new when I picked it up as it was even washed for me! The best part was having excellent service and work done at a very honest and fair price. i took my mother in law’s 99 toyota to get it fully repainted as my Christmas gift to her. I loved the service Michelle and her husband gave me. They are very friendly, honest and helpful. And even though i took the vehicle few days before Christmas they were able to finish the job in time. The vehicle looks amazing brand new and the price they charged for that service is unbelievably affordable. I am going to start referring all my friends to get their body shop needs at In and Out Paint and Collision Center.

It was a pleasure to do business with them after my car needed some repairs after a fender-​bender. They even worked with me on the schedule for the repair to coincide when I was going to be out of town. Michelle was great to work with and the price was right and the work was done right.

My parents surprised me by getting me a car for my 16^th birthday. The car was painted by In N Out Paint N Colission Center and still, two years later, it looks immaculate. I have been to Michelle and Robert’s office many times. They treat customers as they should be treated and satisfy the customer’s’ needs as cooperatively as they can. I highyly reccommend getting your autobody work or just any paint job here. Great service and very timely!

In and Out was recommended to us from our favorite mechanic and we found that they were knowledgable, capable and very reasonably priced. Michelle knew right away what needed to be done, the approximate cost and how long it would take to repair. They kept their word on both price and delivery time. I was so thrilled with the work they did and at the very reasonable price that I paid to have the whole truck repainted and now we are taking another vehical there to have it repainted as well.

Above and beyond service! Took my car in for a headlight/​fender collision. When I picked it up, all my other dents and scratches were gone and a total paint job done!

We have had body work completed on two separate occasions at In and Out Paint and Collision Center-​Placentia. Our regular auto mechanic, for whom we have high regard, referred us to the body shop for body work on one part of our SUV. To our surprise (and pleasure), they not only repaired that section, but, with no extra charge, touched up all the dings that were «decorating» the rest of the car. Then we had a need to touch up a nice scrape on another car. We checked one body shop in our area and they quoted a charge which was double what we were quoted at In and Out. The body work on both cars was flawless; the staff we worked with (Michelle and Robert) were tremendous, very professional and helpful, beginning to end. There are a 5 Star body shop.

They are unethical. I droped off the rental car at the shop after my car its done. They drove it at night for personal use. The rental car company keeps billing me until they found out what happended. This is a unprofessional shop.
